I was warmly welcomed at the drive-thru by a friendly young lady who offered a variety of food options. Mayeli was very helpful in guiding me through my selection, making the process simple and enjoyable. When I arrived at the window, she greeted me with a smile, and we shared a pleasant conversation with a bit of laughter. Open 24 hours and the food is consistently tasty. The people that work there are always so nice even though they are busy. The inside is clean and the drive thru is pretty quick except for around dinner time but that’s to be expected. today i was helped by victoria who was so friendly and cheerful!

I came to Carl’s Jr. today for international burger day to try my luck at the great deal they’re offering! Anyhow, my experience was rather good. I have been to a different Carl’s Jr. where I got a moldy bun and that was completely unacceptable. However, this time I came inside and picked up my order and dined in and the food was on point and was made fresh. My fries were good and crispy. The burger was made correctly because I added customizations for extra cheese and lettuce and onions and tomatoes because that’s how I roll and everything was accurate to order. The burger was hot and so were the fries and when I asked for extra barbecue sauce, they accommodated me with no problem. The bathroom was clean enough. I only went into wash my hands, but there was nothing that stood out to me as untidy or dirty The atmosphere is nice. It’s a small building, but there’s plenty of seating, and I found a perfect spot by the window. The only thing I have to complain about is because I made an order through the app they seal it with stickers to make sure it’s not been tampered with when you receive it however, that sticker ripped off part of the top of my drink, and was rather hard to get off so that was annoying, but really of little consequence in the end. Overall it was a good visit. The food was solid and I enjoyed myself.

Very comforting and welcoming place. I was welcomed by a very charming girl named mayeli. She was nice throughout my whole stay and was guiding me through new things I should try. The food was fresh and cooked well, and it looked like someone actually put time into it. I would hope everyone can have an experience like I did when I visited.

Drive thru cashier was nice- but the food was definitely not up to par. Was looking for a number on the receipt to call or a website, patty was burnt, barely any avocado for a Guac burger, fries look sad, tastes unpleasant, dry & saltless, I asked for ketchup they forgot to put it in the bag. I’ve always had such great burgers at any Carl’s Jr I’ve gone to, sad it was such a bad experience this time.

Just wanted to come on here and note an amazing experience I had at this specific location. The customer service was quick and efficient. I had the pleasure of being helped by a worker named Mia. She made sure the experience was not only quick, satisfactory, and enjoyable but also high in quality. The food was delicious! The atmosphere was beyond positive. Will be here again!!

Came to this location for a quick late night bite. The cashier (Danny) was very rude. We had asked for no ice in one of our drinks and had it anyway. We politely asked if we could get no ice. His response was “well you didn’t ask for no ice”. He then proceeded to say “when I read back your order you said it was fine”. Whether we asked for no ice or not, he should have just said no problem and be done instead of giving us attitude. Definitely will not be going back
