My experience at this restaurant was among the worst I have ever encountered, combining technical failure, shockingly poor service, and unacceptable facility conditions.

I placed an online order for a kids’ Christmas gathering, paying partially with two valid Costco-purchased gift cards and the remainder by credit card. Upon arrival for pickup, I was informed they had no record of my order. I showed the “order complete” email and the order number, but the staff dismissed it. Moments later, I received the contradictory email stating, “The ordering system was not able to transmit an order… The credit card could not be successfully billed… You will need to pay for this order at pickup.”

In a bind with children waiting, I requested they simply remake the order. I presented my valid gift cards again for partial payment. The staff then became utterly uncooperative and rude. They refused to accept the gift cards and forced me to pay the entire amount again with my credit card. This was humiliating and profoundly unprofessional. (I confirmed both gift cards were active immediately after leaving).
To add insult to injury, the food provided was cold and of terrible quality.
The operational incompetence was mirrored by the physical state of the restaurant. I was shocked to see water actively leaking from the ceiling onto the cashier area—a glaring safety hazard. There was no manager on-site, and calls to the number provided went unanswered with no voicemail option. The staff seemed indifferent to the hazardous and unprofessional environment.
Summary: Failed online system, refusal of valid payment, terrible food, a hazardous leaking facility, and a complete absence of managerial responsibility. This business poses a risk to customers and its own reputation. Avoid at all costs.

“Carl’s Jr consistently delivers on taste, with their signature Star Burger being a favorite. The facilities are usually clean but this one wasn’t. The atmosphere is quick and convenient for a fast-food experience most of times. However, our recent visit was marred by issues with their rewards program. The staff seemed unfamiliar with the program’s details, leading to confusion and irritation at checkout. With some additional training on their rewards system, Carl’s Jr could elevate the customer experience and build loyalty more effectively. Despite this, the food quality remains a strong point, and with improvements in staff training, Carl’s Jr could truly shine.”

Went through drive thru today. Took a long time to take my order. Fries were great but big Carl was not good… lettuce was old and wilted and only one piece like they were out and that’s all they could find. I ordered the queso and the cup was half filled – not worth paying for. Needless to say I won’t be back to this location.

Today I went to Carl’s Jr around10:AM.I ordered 2 fish sandwiches.They said that they only had one fish sandwich left.I did not get any because I wanted 2.I gave one star because they should have food ready for the public to buy for being a big fast food restaurant. Supervisor and cook verbally arguing. Supervisor completely inappropriate, mistreating cook. Cook asking for help behind the front counter, Supervisor berating and belittling cook. Orders for drive thru, dine in, and take out far exceeding time targets. I will not be returning.

I stopped in today to try the new guacamole Burger it was terrible take a look at the Burger. There must be some way to sue for false advertising I only ate about a third of it and threw the rest away.
And that is not guacamole they are using.

It was not that busy, the orders inside and drive thru took forever. The employees were moving sooooooo slow. It was almost like they were trying to prove a point. I had already ordered but others waiting to order just walked out. I would have too, there’s a Jack N the Box next door. I’ll just go there next time.

Wow service here is amazing! Sofia was so helped full& nice she is a great up seller! I love the service she provided for my family &I. The store looked perfect nice & clean , our food was fresh, delicious & tasteful !! I will definitely be returning to this location really soon.

I say this everywhere I can and as often as possible: I didn’t think a fast food spot would be one of my regular spots, but the staff/people at this location are so good, so spot on, so accurate, so friendly, and such lovely people every time, it draws us in every Sunday (and the occasional weekend night). They take great care of us, and in the service industry these days, that’s a lovely thing to see. Oh, and we like the food, too. Ownership must prioritize good hiring practices.
