The restaurant is clean. The bathroom is clean. The service is very blah. Came in to pick up my order since I like ordering through the app, the person behind the counter said “what order pick-up?” At first I thought I placed my order through the wrong restaurant but then she finally decided to check, and sure enough it was in their order queue. So I had to wait for the order I placed in advance. Next I asked for mayonnaise, “we don’t have mayo at this time.” (Side note, I always have mayo packets in the car just for cases like these). I don’t really know what happened to Carl’s Jr but the food has gone downhill. The burger buns were dry, the burger structure looked like it was done by a juvenile. The burger patties itself looked like it was imported from a morgue and well over rigor mortis. The only thing that went uphill, the price! You can get hit over $10 for a meal if you’re not careful, sometimes close to $15 for their better items like the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger combo.
Update 02/08/2024: It’s been over 9 months since I first visited this place, what an improvement in customer service over the months that followed! The service is way better now. Diana the person behind the counter that is usually in when I come in is very pleasant and juggles both drive-through window and front counter order taking and fulfillment effortlessly. Behind the scenes, my order is always prepared as I customized. The bathroom (men), although a lot of traffic, customers or otherwise, remains surprisingly clean! The restaurant itself remains clean in every visit since my first! Even the (manager, not sure) Efren is very pleasant to talk to. Great job, Well done! I even talked about this location with my pastor, Fr. Jerome Katcher .. yeah, Carl’s son.

I tried to really give this place the benefit for the doubt. But no everytime we come the person taking the order cannot speak English. All the orders are wrong and the whole place they are always out of something and didn’t tell us till after we paid. We asked for raspberry tea and then she tells us after no tea??? After we paid. She rushes us every time asking if that will be it on the order and doesn’t pay attention to what we’re asking. I said no ketchup and then she said it didn’t I double checked it did. So if you can avoid this place. Do it or find a better Carls Jr. poor management. Didn’t even apologize. Horrible customer service.

For some reason this particular site often makes mistakes and DO NOT ORDER THE MEXICAN menu. I bought a crispy sandwich buy 1 get 1 for a dollar. You’re better off going to McDonald’s for $2. I paid 6$! For this frozen sandwich. It was fine but not for $5!!! Next time I will stick with burgers.

Don’t know what’s so special about this place bc it taste just like Hardee’s.
This was the first time I’ve ever ate there. Always had only been around Hardee’s on the east coast.
The sourdough burger is bomb. Highly recommend it if you go here.

Three piece tender turned out to be 6 pieces of the breading at the bottom of the bag. And the criss cut fries we ordered were 1/2 and 1/2 criss cut and regular. My guess is they didn’t want to drop more in the fryer.
