Bad experience, came with Carl’s Jr coupons. They didn’t honor them told me they were fake, but my coworker used a coupon from the same cut out and his was honored, making me feel like a criminal saying my coupon was fake, I was on a 30min lunch break. So I go and I order a big Carl and order of zucchinis well, well, well done. The cashier’s telling the cook well well well well but the cook doesn’t listen. I get mediocre barely cooked fried zucchinis. Yes I am very picky but on top of that I’m also very diabetic so I had to settle for this partially cooked zucchini one of my preference is well well done.

We came in and ordered. Sat down the fries were a small I ordered a medium. I asked my son to ask for our medium. I told him we would pay for a large. The person walked torwards our table and started to argue with me over the Size of the fries. Then she informed me since we ate two. She would then charge us for a large. Then she sarcasticly Said have a nice day. I then informed her to do the same along with her terrible attitude.
We came her before and we had really good service. We won’t be returning. The person we dealt with was a manager. Go figure this manager is going to cost this restaurant a lot of business.
