The place was clean and affordable. However, it is frustrating from the client’s perspective seeing only person attending the cash register as service takes too long. The employee was doing a good job but there’s only so much she could do as she ran back and forth between attending the cash register and the drive-though!

Prices have always been high at Carl’s unfortunately but there are ways to spend less. At this particular location, this experience was a mediocre one at best. Went through the drive-thru, the crewmember was truly in bump-on-a-log attitude , had no desire to answer questions through the speaker , or was not dazzled to help at the window. No worries, we survived and moved on. Food was decent but getting a 2 for $whatever deal , you’d think you’d get a better item option but we survived – yay.

To whom the shift leader or manager was at 3:30 pm on 5/6/23 she had an issue with me pulling down one blind in the dining room area because the sun was beaming and causing the area to hot. She decided to harass my children and asked them why did they pull down the blinds when it was their who did it because it was uncomfortable to be in the sun. Instead having a conversation with us about the blinds or letting us know they we were not allowed to she decided to sneer and complain to her coworkers about it. Overall it was a bad experience.

Those guys messed with my order. They stabbed my ranch, crushed my sandwich, gave me old food, and dumped my fries in the bag. I wouldnt be surprised if he spat in my drink/burgers. And all for what? Cause i asked to add two things to my order?! This guys so lucky I didnt go back there and beat his pathetic scrawny ass up. Have fun looking for a new job, we’re calling cooperate tomorrow
