I went to Carl’s Jr. around 3:09 AM and the worker who was working the drive-through at the window was very rude when she handed me the food. She didn’t even say anything to me like have a good night or anything and she just closed the window on me. She needs to learn some manners and good customer service.

Carl’s Jr is a criminal enterprise that steals customers’ money. It was late at night, and I ordered two burgers (they were the only ones open nearby selling burgers). Despite Google saying that the place was still open, and a drive-thru sign that said 24-hours, the place was complete closed with nobody inside (even though online orders were still being accepted). Don’t believe me, check out the attached photos. I went to a different Carl’s Jr down the street that actually had employees inside, but they said that they couldn’t honor the order, even though I showed them the receipt. What kind of customer service is that? They said go back to the other Carl’s Jr again which, not surprisingly, was still closed. Carl’s Jr had repeatedly gotten my order wrong in the past, so it doesn’t surprise me that their lack of intelligence would pull something like this. Needless to say, I’m out $20 plus gas money and went home hungry. As far as I’m concerned, Carl’s Jr is a criminal enterprise that shouldn’t be allowed to do business in America.

They tried charging me 25 cents per packet of ketchup.. I went right next door to DelTaco and got three for free. Never heard of them ever charging for ketchup before I understand any extra sauces but not ketchup. I wanted one for my western bacon cheeseburger.

I HAD TO DRIVE IN TO GET TO KAREN THE LAST IN CHARGE AND SHE WAS THE RUDEST MOST IGNORANT PERSON I’VE EVER DEALT WITH. Terrible experience. I ordered 4 simple burgers plain because I’m allergic to onions my wife is allergic to raw tomatoes of course we get onions and tomatoes on each burger. I left a message yesterday to call me back to make it right and nothing yet. I tried calling 6 different times today and nobody even answers the phone it’s ridiculous. They don’t read the changes you make to your items and nobody answers the phone. Sad customer service.

First time at this location. Mathew our attendant took our order and delivered our food to the table. He was very attentive and accommodating. Most fast food places customer service is terrible. They are Non verbal or have a negative work attitude. Mathew was the complete opposite. I would return simply for Mathews customer service. Thank you Mathew .

Those guys messed with my order. They stabbed my ranch, crushed my sandwich, gave me old food, and dumped my fries in the bag. I wouldnt be surprised if he spat in my drink/burgers. And all for what? Cause i asked to add two things to my order?! This guys so lucky I didnt go back there and beat his pathetic scrawny ass up. Have fun looking for a new job, we’re calling cooperate tomorrow
