I’d like to take a moment to appreciate this franchise and the management that serves, specifically Salma. Salma is a wonderful leader in that building EVERYTIME I have ate there awhile she is in the building I’ve noticed that the food is prepared fresh, the fries are hot, she holds the cashier and representers to a high standard. The workers are always pleasant, always nice, always welcoming. This has happened so frequently that I must write it up. THANK YOU SO MUCH for feeding me properly and treating me with CARE!

I was greeted immediately from a very friendly lady, she also gave me the time needed to choose my order. I noticed all employees stayed busy at all times, helped where needed and always with a smile on the face. Clean environment, good fresh food, good crew, good workers.

So basically this Carl’s is a hit or a miss. I order often. And what I’m finding is. Different shifts do what they want to do.
I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender combo, with a 9 piece jalapeno poppers.
The chicken tender box was soiled like something had been in it. Something like poppers, there was melted remnants of cheese on it. Like hard cheese not fresh. The odd part was that my poppers container was clear of sticky debris, just some slight oil and creamy parts to it, which is to be expected. When I called to address it. Because My 5 year old was the one to eat the chicken. The MGR on shift states. He doesn’t know why the container is like that. But that he saw his co-worker get a new container. The tenders weren’t hot, which led my brain to think a world of other things like maybe the order was from someone else and they gave it to me. I don’t know. But all in all today will be my last time eating at this particular location.
The MGR is awesome, I’ve received orders from her before and she regularly goes beyond for her customers. Unfortunately some of her team is defensive and uncoordinated when it comes to customer service and how things in food service should work. Sadly I didnt let My son eat the food, there was what looked like a bitten piece if a chicken star in the same container. Scary, and gross. It’s late and I just got off work.

I love coming to this location, but I do feel they are understaffed at night. I waited 20-30 minutes at the drive thru. Honestly I don’t mind as long as my food taste good , but the second car behind me wasn’t too happy and kept honking. The young man (cashier) looked frustrated and apologized I told him it was fine. He was very kind and respectful. But I felt bad for him, no one should have to do everything by themselves.

It’s 7:08 and there closed the manager was completely rude and tells me to go drive thru . I’m walking . Them I go around and then tells me I need a car . The sign says dinning room is open at 6am the rudes person here .

The customer service is not something they seem to worry about let alone focus on.
Staff attitude is apparent and there is no welcome feeling, or even a smile – let alone a simple thank you.
They give you the feeling that you are causing them a huge burdon by ordering food and making them work.
I am a cheerful shopper, I go out of my way to treat people with respect and have a general happy disposition. I ordered from the menu, only special request was for the burger to be well done, the sigh, and exaggerated response of the employee caught me off guard. It was as if I had asked her to clean a bathroom!
Then she gave me the total, $9.01, I handed her a ten dollar bill and a penny. (One dollar change expected) she counted out 99 cents and gave me the extra penny back.
When the food was ready, they called my number, I walked up and said thank you as I picked up my food, she just turned and kept chatting to her co-workers.
Terrible service, the food is standard chain fare so it tasted ok. But the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Service has really improved. Staff seems happier and much more friendly. Quite a change from the previous review.

If you like extra unwanted toppings (like hair), well this is the place to go to.
Came on Sunday October 25, 2020 @ 7:15pm. Ordered 6 burgers in total and 5 fries and one large drink.
In my case I ordered the western burger and unexpectedly I felt a rather strange topping when I bit into it. It was a large piece of hair. All of my family was disgusted by the food and feared that their own burgers would also have hair as an extra topping.
Went back to talk to a manager and it was a tall male, light skin. Showed him the burger and pretended that he didn’t see the hair which it was right in front of him.
Right now every single person is going through the pandemic. With fears of getting sick. Upon arriving again to the restaurant no one was wearing any hair nets. So makes me wonder how much hair has actually fallen into other burgers today.
No refund was issued and a very light sorry was issued. Not the problem to me, but they really have to be careful when handling food.
Please straighten your methods at this location.
