Nick is an amazing working , he was so professional he sounded like an ai recording . It’s great to see you still have a human touch at a drive-thru. He went above and beyond all speciations . Drive-thru. Grabbed a chicken quesadilla, but the cheese was not melted all the way through, and it was lukewarm. Came back, asked for a Western Bacon Cheeseburger. I offered the drive-thru person the quesadilla. I thought they would like to know what’s wrong and learn from their mistake so they can improve. The drive-thru person said I could keep it and he was going to throw it away. I just find it odd that they do not want to improve. Lastly, my hub was soaked in bbq sauce, to the point where the bottom bun was mushy. So, that probably means they did not toast the bun properly either. I just threw away everything and spent my money elsewhere. This location needs an overhaul because it seems like they do not care about how to run a restaurant.

Today, I came through the drive through at about 3:20PM and it took exactly twenty five minutes to get my food….WHY??? when asked the lady at the window named gullie, stated that the cook is not fast when I looked into the establishment, There was only her and the cook. How are you guys running a business in a high traffic area? And you only have two associates in the building.Makes no sense and on top of that waited all tht time, my food was cold. HOW???
