I ordered 2 burritos and a French toast sticks and I was shocked how enjoyable breakfast was. I got the loaded as well as the steak burrito and just 1 was enough to fill me up. Really had that mexican satisfaction in every bite. The French toast sticks were also also very crisp and tasty. Hash browns were crisp and better than the fries I had yesterday.
Service was pretty fast considering they made to order.

Great experience! I have been coming here for a few years now. I make it a habit to stop here to eat and wait when I pick up friends from LAX, or after I arrive from a flight. Very close to the airport.
The customer service is great. Fast, friendly service. Delicious food. Clean restrooms. This Carls Jr. is very spacious and nicely remodeled. Very nice!

A little bit of history — i used to come here 15y ago, so it was refreshing (sort of) to be able to come here for a soda and a pickup away from the LAX queue of uber drivers (alternatively, any hotel will do, too ). My one quibble here is that i saw 10+ employees scrambling about while the rest of us in a quickly-forming line and it one took orders for over 10mins… people in line were irked, upset to say the least. I had a moment connecting with another customer whilst i was there and they articulated the following, “did everyone just get hired at once?? What is this…? Is it his first day??” I noticed some kind of sign that said “welcome to our chaos” — cute but kind of irreaponsible attitude-wise… why hang this where customers can see it???? In some “live laugh love”/Hobby Lobby font???? Weird choice ♂️ this attitude is part of the problem… bad management is bad management… some responsibility needs to be taken somewhere.
On a better note, my Diet Coke was good from one of those “coca cola freestyle” machines….it was good until there wasnt any syrup left… just kind of a bummer overall. And 4 bucks for a large soda that was barely 16oz…. this is simply a rip-off

The wife and I came into town for the lions vs Rams game. Our flight was delayed and our rental took longer than expected. Needless to say it was late when we finally got situated. Being new into town, I didn’t trust going to far of the beaten path. This location was right be to our hotel & rental car pickup. The line was out to the street. We decided to still wait. I’d say it only took us ten minutes tops from ordering to getting our food. The young lady who took our order was nice and patient with the busy night. Everything was hot and fresh. We literally ate our food in the guest drop off . We actually went back before our flight left the food was so good. The hand battered tenders were awesome.

I ordered “western bacon combo”, and the guy asks me “double or triple”, like there were only two choices – I responded with “single”.
This other guy who brought my food out gave me the evil eye, no words, when he handed it to me, in response to my “thank you” to him.
But the worst one is the security guard! She’s off her meds or something. Medium height black lady carries a bunch of food trays over to the order counter and violently slams them down. I look at her and she gives me this nasty glance like she’s going to kill me. Later she goes to patrol outside, and when she comes back in, she kicks one of the chairs to make a loud noise out of it. Then she strolls over and sits at the table right next to me (even though the restaurant is not even 10% full). And she starts watching YouTube videos on her phone at full volume, and they’re like violent videos with lots of swearing.
Take the drive through next time. I haven’t been to Carl’s in like 15 years and this is probably my last time ever. Stay safe around the security guard.

**PSA** Interior dining area closes at 10pm and after that it’s only drive thru, so after 10pm you can’t order anything unless you have a car. Huge dining area inside and it’s usually quite empty. Place is kept clean and service is alright. Food standard is consistent with other locations.
