The best fast food is the kind that’s cooked to order. I didn’t even need to ask them for this, they just do it anyways. Food was fresh and piping hot, service was pretty fast notwithstanding, and the staff were very friendly. Great place to grab gas and good eats when you’re passing through the middle of nowhere like I was.

Ordered my food online so I could walk in and walk out. App said they’d call my name when it’s ready, so I sat right there facing the counter. I was completely ignored by staff. Yes they were busy, so I waited patiently. Then finally got up and walked to counter and asked for my Order, which had already been sitting behind the counter for who knows how long. Would be nice if the workers who clearly seen me sitting there would have bothered to say something. Then my order was missing sauces. And by the time I was back on the highway, it was too late.

This place use to be decent but tonight I was treated like an inconvenience to the employees. The drive through had 2 cars and the lobby had 1 person in it. I stood at the counter for about 4 minutes waiting to order. One guy was battering chicken the other was in the window and the one person that didn’t have her hands full decided to just slowing g walk around grabbing the fry basket and walking to the freezer. Why the hell do you need the fry basket in the freezer. Then she stood around lost. I al.ost got so mad that I was about to walk over and get some food out of the hot case at Loves. To make matters worse the zucchini that I ordered was burt to hell. I wasn’t going to get another one because I didn’t want to wait another 30 min. If there was ever a place that needed a manager, this would be it! Totally unorangized employees, arguing with each other. I had to wait nearly a half hour for a Western Bacon Cheeseburger! As I was waiting, I saw the same wait time for the drive through. The food was fine, but expect to wait a long time. Unacceptable as a Fast Food venue.

Just want to take a second to appreciate how friendly the staff was and how good the chicken sandwiches were as well as their tenders. Tasty, moist, restaurant quality chicken is what I felt I got from this great experience all in all.

Really bad service. I ordered and waited 30 minutes. At that point I asked if they were going to make my food. They finally made it. Burgers were good, fries were old and burnt. Worst Carl’s Jr. experience I’ve ever had.

The burger I ordered had mold on the bread and when I brought it to the cashier’s attention they told me that it was flour and not mold. Ive never seen any restaurants use green flour. It even smelled like mold. But they kept telling me that I was wrong and it was flour. Yeah totally lost my appetite for burgers

I cam see why people complain about the service. The person in the drive thru acted like we were dumb when we asked that the gauc bacon burger was a double instead of single. Every Carl’s Jr team in the USA should come to this location and see what professional and strong work ethic and outstanding customer service looks like!! The whole team is spot on!! Very professional and they all care about their job and the customer. I’d like to say that Edward is awesome!! Very hard worker!!! He goes above and beyond!! I travel all over the USA, I would say that 85% of fast food restaurants are shit. This location is not one of them!!!
