I ordered the original chicken sandwich. It was just a slab of chicken between 2 slices of bread, I Was expecting tomatoes, lettuce and onions. Not very good at all.

The staff here have zero leadership or attention to detail. I ordered a single Famous Burger — no onions, no lettuce, extra cheese. What did I get? A burger loaded with onions. Good thing I noticed before taking a bite or I could’ve had an allergic reaction. If you want your order made right, skip this place and go to McDonald’s or Burger King instead. They at least know how to read an order ticket.

It’s always decent when I come here. Usually everything is pretty fresh. My only complaint is now and again the fries are cold. Seems to happen once in awhile. The older lady that works the drive through with very short hair. She’s always super nice and always has a smile.

This was the worst fast food restaurant meal I have ever had. The fry’s were colder than room temperature. The onion ring on a hamburger was like rubber. It should be crispy on the outside and moist on the interior.The hamburgers were way beyond well done. If the owners of this franchise cannot do better than this, they should give it up. They are making every other Carls Jr. restaurant look bad. If I could give this review more negative stars review I would, give them -5 stars. They are a disgrace to the franchise.

Worst one of this franchise. I ordered a 5 piece chicken strips and based on the photos they clearly need someone with common sense working there. The idiot working drive thru clearly gave me scraps on purpose after we had words because I asked for hot and fresh food. Will not visit this location again.
