This young sir was very dismissive and inattentive during the ordering and picking up process. I repeated myself twice during my order, he never repeated my order and he got it wrong after i checked the bag. I brought it to his attention and he said “no you didn’t, it’s not on your receipt, you ordered the double western burger with a powerade but i actually didnt.. i ordered with an arnold palmer and a waffle fry.. i told him and why is that my fault you didn’t repeat my order to make sure it was correct?? He walked away after arguing back and forth with me about it not being on the receipt.

Best carl’s jr in town! I’ve been coming here for 17 years with my husband and i’ve been to every carl’s jr almost but this one is close to us. I come here every morning to get me and my husband biscuits and gravy and some biscuits! Sometimes we are a bit lazy to cook and come for lunch HaHA but the food is always fresh and the service is so spot on! The manager Marlene is very nice and attentive! She always check up on us and makes sure we get the best customer service. if you are close to this location come here you won’t regret it!

Took my order for pickup which was two fish sandwiches. Service was friendly but the food is AWFUL!!
The fish as you can see is black and burnt, and it has a bitter taste from the edges on BOTH sandwiches. A very unfortunate experience which is gonna keep me away from Carls Jr for sure!!

Spent almost $16 for a burger combo and they wouldn’t even let you use Bathroom.
Both men and women bathroom has a Out of Order sign.
Employees have 0 EQ. Becaue they are lazy. This place desert 0 star. Just my opinion.

There’s this guy who always gives me house sauce instead of ranch whenever I come to this location and it’s only ever this one male employee. Checked my receipt tonight and his name is Xavier S. I decided to ask for the correct buttermilk ranch instead of the house sauce and he proceeds to tell me that house sauce is the only ranch that Carls Jr makes. I know this is a lie because I always get buttermilk ranch with the blue sauce top whenever anyone else is working. Love this location but this inconvenience is becoming incredibly frustrating. Especially being gaslit and dismissed tonight.

Oh my God never go there one I asked for a lettuce wrap, famous star with cheese, and this is what the lettuce was. It was wilted to where I bit into it. I can taste the old Ness from the lettuce. My husband ordered a vanilla shake and it was just water horrible place to go to. I tried to give them a second chance third chance I will never go there again. These people need to understand when you make your food that way people will stop coming and eventually you’ll lose your job. That’s why we don’t go to fast foods no more because of the service is horrible there. Location: 6960 Tropicana. On Tropicana and nearest cross street Rainbow by next to the corner store. That place is always horrible. We no longer give them are money.

Stop by at 11:00 p.m. through the drive-thru. The young man that was there on October 26th was either inpaired or stoned, we tried to buy the $5.99 combo deal and the young man said he had no fries that he had to give us criss cut fries, but never told us it was an upsell for the criss- cut fries for another an additional $5. I tried calling the store manager but no one answers. Terrible customer service.

I have been coming to this location for years and sometimes the Spring Mountain and Decatur location . I am a fan of the Original Thickburger and the Bacon Western Cheeseburger . I also like the Sausage , Egg , and Cheese Biscuit . I grew up in the Carolinas and loved Hardee’s which is now part of Carl’s Jr . Hardee’s still has a bigger menu selection , especially breakfast . Hardee’s has a Country Fried Steak Biscuit and a Country Ham Biscuit that will knock your socks off .
Anyway , I have never had a problem with anything I have ordered here and always got my order correct which is amazing for a fast food restaurant . The place is always clean and friendly employees . This location is in a better neighborhood than the Spring Mountain and Decatur location .

I ordered a Steak and egg breakfast burrito. I made it all the way to work which is 30 minutes away to realize there is not only steak but sausage and bacon which is pork which I’m allergic to and became nauseous just with the smell alone.
I immediately called the establishment and spoke with Simon who assured me that my order would be replaced. The next day I go inside the establishment and was greeted by the same woman who took and messed up my order the previous day and after I explained the situation she immediately became RUDE and told me I was supposed to come back the same day with the burrito in order to get the item replaced. Clearly she has no common sense because why would I keep something I’m allergic to? She stated her Manager is Mexico and I have to wait until she returns to speak with them. I left out and will be disputing this with the bank.
