You might wanna skip this one after 11pm. They’ll act like they’re gonna take your order then say the system is restarting it’ll just be a moment. OK no problem. So you’ll wait then after maybe 5 minutes they’ll come back saying its not up yet. Again ok no problem. Well then they’ll open the back door and stare you down because in actuality they really don’t wanna take your order. You could’ve just said system is down I can’t take your order instead of telling me it’ll be “just a moment”.
You’re better off going to the one on Rainbow & 95/Westcliff. That one has always been good. Its just a little farther then this one but man its worth the extra time if I’ll at least get service. I work swing shift in a busy restaurant and would just love to get some quick freaking food. I guess that’s just too much to ask from everywhere lately…

Whoever was working tonight at the window was amazing .our soda was flat and she fixed it . She took the time and did not rush .she also double checked that we had sauce and checked the order was right .she was very sweet at the window and was engaging .she made our night after a long day of doing lupus junk removal/ moving .she did alot better than some servers now a days .her service was excellent . Thank you so much for an amazing experience

Food was delicious! The staff rudeness and unwillingness to communicate with me on pen and paper due to me being deaf and incorrectly making my order despite it being written down clearly. Atmosphere in dining area is empty, great for those who likes being alone and quiet.

I’m writing this review because on 06/03/25 I stopped in at 6:30am on my way to get a haircut at the Great Clips in that very same commercial center. I knew that I was going to be arriving early enough to have more than enough time to grab a bite. I might have been your first customer that morning in your dining area and you were courteous, friendly, and helpful. And perhaps I’m writing this review is because I wanted to let you know that a positive experience like that creates a pay-it forward effect for some or in this case someone like me.
Keep up the good the work and keep being a positive example!

At 11:30PM February 3rd 2023 I tried to call them to specify for my pickup order to have no ice in my drinks and what sauces I would like for my fries, since those options are missing from app orders. It rang through to voicemail the first try, I tried again and I heard the “click” of them picking the phone up and setting it on the counter, not saying a word. Now I try to call and it’s a busy tone. So rude and unprofessional. When I get there I’m going to have to ask them to dump the drinks out and make them again without ice.
UPDATE: I cancelled the pickup order to just drive thru and order it myself. I got all the way home to find they messed up my burger and put Mayo on it, so I can’t eat it. I drove all the way back to Carls Jr so I could have my dinner, and Maria on the kitchen staff refused to remake it properly. My receipt even says no Mayo. She ruined my burger and refused to make it right.
I used to come to this location all the time but I’m sad to say my last time coming here will be tomorrow morning, to report Maria to her manager.

Got lucky that I came in on an actual 24hr day. Night staff was good and the food was so fresh I scalded my fingers on the fried zucchini lol.

Update! Edit!! Jan 8, 2020. Asked for well done get a burnt burger . Ivan the Manager is nice and Jaden who works the drive thru is always kind and professional. Check your drive thru order before exiting. Took 2 stars away for burnt food.
