Service is some of the worst in my life. Had a queue for card only and cash wasn’t accepted. The guy on the right in the photo was yawning and would be rude and not even look at customers, often ignoring them until they said something. Tables were sticky and not well cleaned and many of the seats had rubbish at them. The manager seemed to get everyone into shape when he clocked on but until then things were abysmal.

The cooks give horrible customer service they stand in the back, talking and looking at you instead of preparing food. The grease was very old. You can taste it in the food. I waited 20 minutes for some thing that should’ve been prepared quickly. It was not a busy day. I do not recommend eating here until the staff has a serious talking to or new cooks are hired.

Absolutely the worst place to eat inside Terminal 3. Besides the long lines and only one cash register open, the food was not even worth eating. That is why most of our food went right into the trash and for a mere cost of $29.00 for garage. The hamburger rolls were dry, crushed and stale and the onion rings, well let us say we did not get past the first bite. The French fries were okay and made up most of what we ate. Everything they used on the hamburgers like the lettuce and tomatoes were old and wilted, terrible. The staff was not that friendly and it took way too long to get our meal. Bottom line, do not waste your money at this disgusting place, go somewhere else. Finally, as many of the recent reviews echo our concerns, you can see management or the owner, or both, do not care to make any changes since they know they have a captive audience with not many options to choose from. Meaning, do not look for any changes at this location in the future.

Waited 20mins in a long line up to be told they are out of chicken tenders. I sighed and the lady said “Are you good?” And I replied “Yes, just hungry, I’m not mad at you just hungry.” Then she said I “snatched my ID” from her. I did not. She proceeded to make a big deal out of this.

8:45PM Friday, February 20. Wish I paid attention to her name.

Whoever I spoke to should definitely be given a lesson in customer service. It’s not my fault you ran out of chicken tenders lol, don’t take your stress out on hungry people trying to get home from vacation.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Filthy tables everywhere, cold fries, cold onion rings that had a rubbery texture and just say NO to the bbq chicken sandwich. Since when is chicken breast grey?!?

Forgot to add a couple of things yesterday (due to shock of grey chicken):
My son ordered fries, they charged and gave him onion rings. We requested dine in but gave us a to-go order and no tray to dine off of. Maybe that’s normal, but placing paper wrapped items on a dirty table was extremely concerning. We had to throw out the previous garbage left on the table I hadn’t even noticed that I was charged for a bottled soda. The cashier told me that they had no fountain soda and to grab a bottle instead. I shouldn’t have been charged for that. This was the most disgusting, disappointing experience – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

A Desert Mirage of Disappointment

If you think everything in Vegas is over the top, surprise: this place is only excessive in one thing—disappointment.
Lukewarm burgers, buns as limp as my will to stay, fries that taste like they’ve given up on life, and service stuck in “low-battery autopilot.”
The only fast thing here? The regret.

The place feels grimy, tables sticky, and the smell of old oil clings to you like a bad decision made at 3 a.m. Prices scream Strip, quality whispers abandoned rest stop.
And the staff? About as warm and engaged as a broken self-checkout machine.

And now, let’s save everyone some time by pre-writing the classic response from “Carl the Owner”:

“We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Please reach out to us privately so we can address your concerns.”

Carl, my dear:
This isn’t a “concern.”
It’s a full-scale catastrophe.
Nothing to “address privately.” Anyone walking in can see the problem—and no, it can’t be fixed by a feedback form.

In short: if you’re nearby, keep walking.
Even a vending machine has more culinary dignity.

Disaster location. Over 30 minutes to get to the front to place order. Only one person doing any work. Many workers in the back doing nothing. Some outside stocking a fridge that is already full, when there are burgers and fries sitting there waiting to be served. Fountain drinks have no syrup, and they told us to just grab bottles from the fridge. No milkshakes. Should have told us before we waited 30 minutes to order. Will never go to this location again.

it was good! there was a big line, the lady at the counter was visibly stressed due to number of people but i got my order and both the burger and fries were quite tasty, i’ve seen some people taking back their orders but mine was fine

Charged me for large when I asked small meal size and tried to charge me a dollar for ranch sauce when it’s not posted.. I’m sure the women would have pocketed the cash. Never going back again.
