This location is by far the best in Las Vegas. I love Carl’s Jr and have visited several and the atmosphere, customer service and the food is not only great but also visually fantastic! The manager and chef are have better personalities and Custer service than fancy restaurants. I only visit this location and recommend everyone else to go there as well and experience great food and service.

Very poor cooking skills .. the sourdough star was not toasted or grilled at all no crunch whatsoever like in the commercial.. these people don’t cook all the way and there is NO excuse you were not busy at all when I was in the drive thru not one car in front or behind me and my burger was $12 for a sourdough star combo with cris cut fries .. what an absolute abomination to the fast food arena.. SMH DISGUSTING OVERPRICED FOOD I Should have went 4 more blocks to habit burger or even McDonald’s GDMN..

I’m here. Have been waiting for like 15 min and no one spoke to take my order at the drive thru. I pulled up to the window and still no one is helping me even though I see a man in the restaurant. I don’t know what’s wrong with this location but it’s only 10:30 and it says open till midnight

Went in for lunch and had to use the restroom to relive my self and was my dirty hand but employee would let me use it till I ordered. I hate when locations do this because then now I’m having to leave my cup or food out while I go use the restroom I prefer to use the rest during clean up and then other food. Ended up going across the way to the great Greek to use the open bathroom then ordered from them it was delicious.

I love this Carls Jr location. Best in Las Vegas hands down. Always a positive interaction when I come here. Food is great and always fresh, if there are any inconsistencies the staff is always willing to help and fix issues. A relatively quiet restaurant, great to relax and get some homework done. Drive thru is usually good on time. Will always come to this location no matter where I live.

Told me I couldn’t get a cup of water and it’s 95 degrees outside I was going to order food but I couldn’t breathe and needed some water they won’t be getting my hard own money when u couldn’t even give me a cup of water and it’s hot walking to get food from this company smh
