Everytime I drive thru for food, Greg is at the drive thru providing amazing customer service with a smile! ALWAYS pleasant! ALWAYS professional! ALWAYS repeating my order to make sure he has everything right! Even if I need to drive around and wait a bit he brings my food right out..nice and hot.. and ALWAYS ask if there is anything else he can get me even if it means going back inside to get condiments, extra napkins etc. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE please recognize him for it!

I went to the Carl’s Jr. drive-thru and had a really great experience. Gregory took my order and he was very friendly and polite. He listened carefully and made sure everything was correct.

The whole staff worked fast and my food came out hot and fresh. The fries were crispy, the burger tasted fresh, and everything was made just the way I asked. Even though they were busy, everyone stayed kind and kept the line moving quickly.

I want to thank Gregory and the entire team for their hard work and great attitude. Because of them, I will keep coming back to this Carl’s Jr. I hope their supervisors see how good they are at their jobs.

The Famous Mommy
I ordered the grilled chicken club (not many places still serve GRILLED chicken!) no add onions and Greg at the counter got my special order and the rest of our large order perfect. Not only was he extremely polite and good mannered but he went out of his way to bring out our food and sauces and checked on us too like we were in a sit down restaurant! Customer service like is so rare these days! The food was hot and delicious the chicken breast was thick and tender and he brought it out right away! There was another friendly employee at the counter as well. I didn’t get her name but because of these wonderful people working at the counter and in the back preparing the food here we had a pleasant experience and I would drive out of my way to go to this location when I’m craving Carls Jr! They have padded comfortable booths and all the tables were cleaned properly unlike most fast food places where you have to beg the staff to come clean off a table to eat. Thank you Greg (I hope I got your name right?) and the staff working there tonight! It might be a fast food joint but it was a top notch experience! We need more people like this in the world who care about customers and take pride in creating a pleasant environment and hot fresh food for their patrons. This Famous Mommy will return again when we are visiting Las Vegas!

Went to Carls Jr today, 2/05/26 at about 3:00. We ordered two burgers andd two fries, to go. The man behind the counter, Greg, was so incredibly nice. It’s not offtten you get this good of a person at a fast food place. He is a credit to your business and I hope you tell him so.

Greg has helped me several times at this location and is amazing! He has gone above and beyond each time. This location is under staffed, and the wait time is bad but seriously his kindness and professionalism are stellar. He deserves a raise and recognition for providing the level of customer service he does and guest experience!

I ordered 30$ worth of food… I asked if I could have two bbq and two ranch… The women said, “I can only give you one” obviously confused. I said, okay one bbq and one ranch… she said “I can only give you one” unfortunately I would have settled for one bbq and one ranch. To anyone reading this, may sound ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I asked for a refund. I hope the women in the drive through reads this, and if so… watch just give them the pickle. My background is restaurant management. JUST GIVE THEM THE PICKLE.

I had a terrible experience at a different carl’s junior right before I went to this one.And I called this restaurant first before I head over there.The person you answered the phone was greg. He was super sweet, super nice and very helpful. When I made it over to the restaurant, he was still sweet.Nice helpful and it took him a minute before he realized I was the one who called.So I knew his personality was true through, and through. He really made a bad experience into a good one.I can tell the other restaurant just had lazy workers and they truly didn’t care how they treated people. I’m very happy that greg is an employee there.He’s super nice and we need more people like him in the restaurant.Business people who actually want to go out and do their job. It may just be a fast food restaurant.But greg is truly a rock star.

The girl with glasses working up front really needs to be retrained and given more support. It looked like she was doing everything by herself, which slowed things down—my food took 20 minutes to come out. If the back staff isn’t cooking, they should be helping at the front. Instead, they just stood around and did nothing to assist her. To make matters worse, she seemed unsure whether to prioritize the drive-thru or in-store orders, so my food just sat there while the back staff clearly knew it was ready but didn’t bother to step in. And this was with only one car in the drive-thru.

On top of that, I specifically asked her not to put her hands over my fries. She paused, ignored me, and continued until I raised my voice—only then did she acknowledge me. That’s unacceptable and unsanitary. She went from handling the cash register, to the drive-thru window, to wiping her hands on her pants, and then directly over my food without gloves. Completely disgusting.

Management needs to step in immediately—provide proper training, enforce food safety standards, and make sure employees handling food are wearing gloves.
