Staff is very nice, good customer service. However, I got a moldy bread sandwich. I have good memories here it’s unfortunate this place seems doomed to go out of business. I won’t be coming back. Sucks because I love Carl’s Jr

This is the best Carl’s Jr. The burgers are normal size, not shrunk like the other fast food joints you go to. Burgers are cooked fresh. Place is always clean. Staff is always great.

Placed an order for a large single carl with no lettuce, large fry, and a sprite. (Also ordered a double big Carl meal and a 6 pc popper). When I arrived home my single Carl didn’t have a burger patty! Just bread, cheese and sauce. Called the store to ask if we came back with the food if they would remake it since it would be cold from the 45 minutes of driving back and forth multiple times. Was told they could only remake the burger and that it was the policy. Food all ended up being cold and hard after having to go back to remake the burger that was their error. Waste of $37. This is the only fast food restaurant I have heard with such a “policy.” Called the next day to speak to manager and was told if I had the cold food I could bring it in for a replacement. What a joke!!! They messed up and it’s the customers fault. Customer service is horrible and training is necessary.

When I get off of work at 6am. I’m so thankful that i can get a good meal so early in the morning that’s not breakfast food. I’m always satisfied with this location on Stephanie St as the friendly morning staff are always so nice and make the food fresh and full!!! Thank you and keep up the great work! The pictures on the wall are a nice touch as well!

Having to reheat your burger and fries when you get home KINDA defeats the purpose of getting drive-thru in my opinion. Especially when I live down the street and the drive home isn’t long at all… Very disappointed. I don’t usually go to Carl’s Jr much, but I was actually CRAVING a Big Carl since I had had one just last weekend and it was delicious,super fresh and savory… I won’t be coming back any time soon.

Carl’s Jr. on Stephanie. I can see why this place never has any customers. Asked for well done fries and got fries that were sitting in the fry bin for who knows how long. Burger was warm at best. Staff was professional, but not very friendly. Dining room was clean.

Our order took a little longer than expected, their drive through was busy and theres only 2 employees. We were the only ones in the dining room and it’s sad to see their business is slow compared to the raising canes next door.

Lunch date at Carl’s. This location off Stephanie and Wigwam is quick and easy. The customer service was pleasant and I am not exaggerating when I say this place was clean! Like spotless. Windows, doors, trim pieces, floors, tables and seating. You can tell they take pride in this place. Our food was exactly as expected. The fries very crisp and fresh. Juan was friendly and professional. Plus the music was good.
