The cashier, Julian, has to be one of the nicest, most attentive, and overall fantastic employee. He was a nice change from other places I’ve eaten lately. The food was really good, the service was amazing, and I highly recommend this location. Stop in and have your day brightened just by the up beat attitude. I had an excellent experience at Carl’s Jr thanks to Julian. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. You can tell he really cares about his job and the customers—he made sure my order was perfect and checked in with a great attitude. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine nowadays.

I dined at this Carl’s Jr. location today, finally tried their Teriyaki burger and I am OBSESSED! The meal was delicious, of course I had to get onion rings to go with and an Oreo shake! Service was stellar, the Manager even came by to follow up on my dining experience. I will be returning! Not sure why this location has such bad reviews, my experience was great. Maybe the restaurant improved everything per the reviews online, who knows! but I am recommending!

Every time I come to this Carl’s Jr., something is missing from my bag. Every single time. It never fails. I’m constantly paying for items I don’t receive, and at this point it feels like I’m just donating money to them.
It doesn’t matter if I order in the drive‑thru or go inside there is always an issue. Missing fries, missing drinks, missing sides, missing sauces… you name it, they’ve forgotten it. And the worst part is that I shouldn’t have to sit there and unpack my entire order at the window like I’m doing inventory just to make sure I’m not being shorted again.
It’s frustrating, it’s careless, and it’s consistent enough that it’s clearly a management problem. I’m tired of paying full price for incomplete orders. This location seriously needs to get it together.

We went inside Carl’s Jr. and were greeted by Julian, who gave us amazing customer service. He handed us our food, made sure our fries were fresh, and even asked if we needed anything or any refills, it honestly felt like we were at a sit-down restaurant, not fast food.
