Pedro at Carl’s Jr. was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond with customer service and made the whole experience enjoyable. He took the time to go over the menu choices with me, explained the burgers in detail, and helped me pick the perfect option. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work. The store was also very clean and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable employees like Pedro make a big difference. I can’t wait to come back!

Let’s start with I do not eat fast food normally because it’s usually never right and today it just sounded so good, Carls Jr usually have a great burger, but I got reminded just how incompetent going through the drive through can be.
A girl with very soft voice – I could barely hear and I have great hearing! She did however get my order correct but that’s about it! She passed me to the window where a young man cannot read apparently, he proceeded to give me a Coca-Cola of which I did not order because I can’t drink Coke and so he took it back. I told him it was for a lemonade. I even showed him the receipt and he still gave me a frozen strawberry lemonade of which I cannot have strawberry Now I’m a little concerned that my order is going to be wrong and I probably should have opened it up right then and there in front of him, how ever, I trusted the young man knew that he was giving me the correct order since he said it twice it was a double western bacon cheeseburger large Order with large fries and the lemonade unfortunately when I got home after spending almost a $20 bill. I had a large fry container with enough fries in it to barely fill a small order when I opened my burger which was very cold so it must have been sitting there for a while. It was a single, not a double Now this is what I call total incompetence when nothing in the order is correct and they lie to you and they do not know how to read. I think they need to be trained better because that’s a lot of money to put your food in the garbage and yes, I did try to call and no one answers the phone so you are getting this review And I will not be back. Just to be clear this would be the lake mead, Henderson’s location!

This location was really good. The food looked almost exactly as the boards and the staff was super courteous and nice. I never leave reviews for fast food establishments but I had a very good experience in this one. This will be my go to for a while.

HUGE shout out to James R who was holding down both the drive through and the counter orders with one person cooking in the back. James was keeping his cool and dealing with a store full of customers. The food was delicious and 100% correct, fresh and hot. I gave three stars for atmosphere because there was a customer being loud about not being asked for his order fast enough, there not being enough employees (definitely true but telling James to call someone in while he was in the middle of 20 people in the store and a drive through that was full, was NOT helpful) and then being ridiculous about how long the order was taking and using his scooter to block the front while he harassed James, was not cool. Meanwhile around 20 other people were being polite about it. If you need a job, I recommend applying because they need more good employees like James R.

I’m reviewing all of the fast food places in my area that are actually GOOD compared to the other crappy offerings we have here in old Henderson.
This Carls Jr is by far the better of many in my area. I used to order the six dollar low carb burger but since that is null and void, its all about the charbroiled grilled chicken club sandwich. I do realize I can order any of the sandwiches low carb but it just isn’t the same. Those six dollar burgers were so fresh. It just seems that the burgers of today aren’t cutting it in the fresh & crispy dept.
I am a huge fan of their zucchini. The fries are just so-so. I haven’t had their onion rings in a while so maybe I’ll try those next?
Anyway, this Carls location is better than others. I’m from CA so I know a good Carls Jr when I visit. The fast food options in Nevada have been disappointing so I will continue to hype the ones that are at least better than the others.

I have to give a huge shoutout to an employee by the name Alexander O. We went tonight around 8:20pm and it was super busy, and he was the only one working up front. Even with everything going on he held it together and gave the best customer service. He looked around 17/18, It was so refreshing to see someone his age show that level of professionalism and kindness, something that’s really hard to find these days. On top of that, the food came out really fresh. Alexander truly deserves some kind of recognition for how well he handled everything

I visited this location this morning to order breakfast. After waiting in the drive-thru with no one available to take my order, I pulled up to the window and was still not acknowledged. I then went inside, where the manager told me breakfast had ended only 30 minutes ago and declined to serve me.
