I am not one to leave reviews but I had to share my experience. The service I received from Sam was absolutely amazing. She really went above and beyond in every aspect. Also, the food was so good! Sarah did a wonderful job in preparing everything. This was definitely a memorable experience and I had to get both of their names so I could share how great they were today. I will definitely be back!

I love coming to this location! I’m here all the time, since the service is so fast and kind. Sam helped me today, as she does most of the time I come in during my lunch hour, and as ever, she has a cheery attitude, a smile on her face, and she made my visit lovely. I always feel so welcome in this location, and Sam is no small part of that. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

I’ve dined in the location multiple times for lunch. The area is always clean. The staff communicates with each other very effectively and with respect. I came just before a lunch rush. Edna ran circles in the restaurant managing her driver thru/cashier and staff. Truthfully whatever you’re paying her isn’t enough for the amazing services she provides. Sarah I believe was in the back handling orders and communication was stellar between the two. Food was amazing fresh. Cali XXL.

My husband and I were very impressed with the attitude we recieved from our server Sam at the Alameda location (in ABQ, NM). She was genuinely kind, happy and professional. Her great attitude put us in a happy mood as we left to enjoy our meal. I’d like to also send a big “Thank You” to Sarah who made our delicious burgers that day. I just want to say that Tiffany Taylor gave me the best service I’ve ever had with fast food, she made my experience so wonderful. I will 100% return because of her alone. Not only was she amazing at customer service but she was impeccable and proud of her job that she made me feel as if I was part of the family there. This Carl’s Jr on Alameda by far is the best one in Albuquerque. I work with seniors and took about 12 of us out for lunch and the service was fantastic. Not only was the kitchen staff on point with fast service but your daytime general manager is amazing. She treated myself and the seniors I was with like VIP customers. You don’t get good customer service at very many places these days especially not in fast but but this team knocked it out of the park thank you!

Although I don’t frequently visit this establishment I will say that I may have to reconsider, my food was fresh and tasty and I had a great interaction with Tiffany not sure if she’s in charge but she should be!! she was attentive and pleasant as well as fast and efficient I will definitely be returning

I’ve eaten at hundreds of fast food restaurants in my life and this Carl’s Jr on Alameda is the most consistently clean, with the friendliest service and hot food. Sam, the GM, is amazing and her gracious attitude makes the whole experience pleasant. Miguel in the back makes a fantastic burger—the Cali XL is awesome! We’ll be back often!

Big Carl double, lettuce wrap and coke zero for the win. It’s always delicious, it’s always cooked well and never dry. Employees are always polite and helpful. I have yet to eat at this location and not be satisfied. Keep it up!

Went in today and Sam was killing it at the speaker. Friendliest fast food experience I have ever had. Then when I got my food my burger looked like the one on the ad. I had to go back and ask for their names just so i could put them in this review. I work down the road and have avoided this location in the past due to a bad experience. I’m back baby! They should put Sam and Rudys faces on the sign outside. Good job team.
