The lady at the window has been here forever only drive-thrus open in the evenings. She has her hands full. She still tries to help in any way she can buy helping with the app or pick out something to eat that sounds good. There was no atmosphere because it was in the Drive-Thru. I ordered a western bacon cheeseburger it was good. The app doesn’t work good, if you sign up for the app they give you a free sandwich, you just have to buy an item for $1.00 to receive the deal.

The service was very poor. The lady kept telling me “just a moment” several times, but about 10 minutes went by and there was only one car at the entrance. The same lady who was working the drive-thru was the one who was supposed to be helping me.
After those first 10 minutes, I had to wait another 10 minutes until she finally came in running to assist me.
Honestly, I do not recommend this place. The service is extremely bad. It had been a long time since I visited a business like this at Carl’s Jr., and the experience was very disappointing. I will not be coming back.
If they don’t start paying attention to customer service and properly managing their staff, they should reconsider keeping their stores open. I’m sorry to have to make this comment, but for several years now it’s clear that they are not paying attention to their locations or maintaining quality service.

Waited 2 minutes shy of 30 minutes for two famous stars with cheese. As a former employee of a Carls jr in Havasu of 3 years, there is zero reason why two dine in orders should ha e taken so long, even with drive-through, which when I heard the man repeating the orders back where mainly sandwiches, not combos. I went to the counter to get my money back and the cashier took two burgers, same thing I ordered two famous stars with cheese, from the drive through window slide and gave them to me. If that was for drivethrough it definitely was not cooked to order, the burgers tasted as if left in the prince castle for far to long, and the spread was very weak. Maybe the Managers other store down by laughlin would be a better bet next time…

I stopped here for a burger last year and watched food sit in the window while other orders were served in order. Otherwise, the service was lousy and my food wasn’t hot so I decided not to come back. Today I decided to give them another try, but there was no one at the counter and after a minute or two with just a “be right with you” shouted from the back, I left. I’m not usually impatient, but considering the history I’ll wait a while longer before I come back.

Online order. I arrive after the “ready by” time. Standing at counter for more than 10 minutes by myself, no one helped. After waiting, looking at my food (and other orders of fries, etc) under the heat lamps, I finally ask for them to stop ignoring me and please get me my food. Sure enough, counter boy starts loading up the old food. Lady in the back starts defending counter boy by saying he wasn’t ignoring me. Store cameras will show differently. This is the second time this type of service has happened at this location, Bullhead city AZ. I would give zero stars if possible. Food gets 2 due to being old.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a very simple order. 2 hamburgers and cris cut fries… well done! Crispy! They got the order wrong! Went back inside to get it corrected. One of the cooks, I’m guessing, was going on a break. He came out front, grabbed a fry, threw it in his mouth, half went in, and the other half went on the floor. Didn’t even bother to pick it up. And walked back to the cooking area. I was so disgusted! I would have asked for a refund, but my husband was in the car eating his hamburger. I definitely will not go back to this particular Carl’s Jr. UGH!! This burger was supposed to be double cheese. It was not a good burger. Not sure I would recommend anything from this establishment.

Got the buy one get one for a dollar famous star with cheese just to open up the buns and there be two small meat patties, the patties couldn’t even cover half of the bun. Very disappointed.
