SIMPLY UNIMPRESSIVE
Customer service at the counter was fantastic, but any positives were quickly dwarfed and overshadowed by the poor quality of the food.
Outside of the BBQ sauce, my burger was simply flavorless. I sent the onion rings back, as they were noticably and undeniably undercooked, raw and pasty. Totally inedible. A culinary embarrassment.
I didn’t enter with unrealistic lofty expectations of perfection, but your best effort would have been nice.
The dining room was clean and comfortable, the AC was doing an outstanding job keeping the dining room pleasant and cool.
The dining room was a ghost town, apparently people vote with their feet and this bad choice is clearly undesirable for quality control reasons.
Once upon a time, Carl’s Jr was the place, the best of the best, but unfortunately it’s no longer a destination, it’s currently dismal dining desperation.
Overall a disappointing dining experience. Not a place I’d recommend wasting time and money at.

Did not get the food I ordered and paid for. I ordered a loaded breakfast burrito and they gave me an egg, bacon & cheese burrito. Fake number listed on google and website, calls don’t go through.. Drive thru employee was exceptional.

We could go to another Carls, however, Junayka who used to be the night shift manager, and is now a manager getting her own store… she always serves us with a smile and is genuinely happy to see us. She’s positive, friendly, efficient, and always makes sure our slightly modified orders come out just as we ordered. We love to come just for the fried zucchini, onion rings, and the California Classic Burger with the caramelized onions. And of course Junayka’s service! We’ll miss her! She has done well training her employees and Jaime did a great job tonight too.

I go in the mornings and the morning crew is always so respectful, Norma and Junayka are always so fast. Quick to take my order and quick to making it. The drink bar is always stocked and clean. The quality is always good, warm and food always looks just like the pictures on the menu

Delicious! We had many mouths to feed. 2 double star combos, 2 western burgers, 1 double cheeseburger, 1 Santa Fe green chile chicken, 2 chicken tenders, jalepeno poppers, and zucchini – I’ll say it again ALL DELICIOUS!. Jiamé checked our order for accuracy and it was accurate, especially since I was going almost 20 miles away. This Carl’s Jr. was a level up!

Always helpful and pleasant and the hash browns are available all day and night which is awesome and their shakes are made with real ice cream and I come here frequently and am rarely if ever disappointed.
