I had such a great experience at this Carl’s Jr! The place was clean, the food came out hot and fresh, and the staff was super friendly and quick. You can tell they actually care about customer service — my order was perfect and they even double-checked to make sure I had everything I needed. This place has gone down hill since I moved to the area in 2022. The place old, it’s never clean, the tables are not cleaned when people leave, if you order on the app to pick up in drive thru ahead of time they always send you to the front to wait for you order, they never want to give you more than one ketchup packet like as if it’s coming out of their own check no ranch packets even if you ask, each time I ask for ranch or ketchup packets at the drive thru they never give it and I have to walk in and demand it despite ordering through drive thru, the last few times I have gone to order a double burger especially if it is a smaller burger they always end up giving me just one patty and saying their are out of patties instead of refunding the money they give you a bigger patty from the bigger burgers thinking they made up for it. This has happened 2-3 times at this same restaurant. The tables are also old and broken half the time, the final time I went I got food poisoning from the Cali XL burger that is new and I was out for one week from work trying to recuperate. I will never eat at this Carl’s in Nogales again. I will only eat at Carl’s if I am across the border in Mexico or in Tucson. Customer service is not only bad at this Carl’s but it is also bad at the majority of the restaurants in Santa Cruz County. The people down here don’t know the true meaning of customer service.
