I have to say my expectations weren’t high after so many negative experiences at all other Carls Jr I’ve been to . This location is new and sits in a very busy parking lot at Prasada near many other larger restaurants. There was no one on the drive thru when we arrived and we were greeted right away. Service was friendly and patient as we haven’t been to Carls Jr in years. I noticed they now have chicken strips instead of just the kids stars. We ordered some as well as a western bacon cheeseburger. We had to correct the order a few times, but other than that once at the window they corrected it. The employee advised us they were making the strips fresh so it would be a little wait. I was ok with that because fresh means better. We were on our way in no time. My son like the chicken and my burger was actually put together well and not the hot mess it’s always been in the past. This location has stepped up the game.

All the girls on 12/3 7pm ish at night were sweet. All fresh food, we had two separate orders quite some time apart. Two westerns and large fry. Then later 5 piece tenders, medium fry, and cali classic double. Both were good. Used the app to save about 17$ too.

We walked in to find the manager arguing with a customer at the counter, which wasn’t a great first impression. The food was pretty expensive, and when it was brought to our table, several items were missing. I had to go back up to the counter three separate times to get everything we ordered. It was especially frustrating since the place wasn’t busy at all.

The food was blah. I only went because my son wanted to try the ghost pepper burger. I got the grilled chicken club sandwich. We had the combos, and our total was $32- with a coupon! The service was okay. Staff never checked on us but talked with a person who seemed to be a regular there. The whole restaurant smelled like sewage, that fart smell that phx has. My son was happy, so I guess goal achieved!

Worst service ever stay away don’t come to this location. Come here if you want them to completely ignore you when when they have one car in the drive thru and an empty dinning area. BS I pulled up to the drive thru the truck in front of me (turned off his truck floded his mirrors and parked in the drive thru)!!! I went inside and told them you have a guy that parked in the drive thru and I figured I’d order inside. For 7 mins they completely ignored me not even acknowledged I was there.
