You have to be kidding me. My chicken sandwich was just a conglomeration of leftover chicken tenders instead of an actual chicken patty. If you’re out of an ingredient or need to wait for it to cook then just tell me instead of serving this abomination. Stay away from this location!

When asked if I wanted a large meal, I declined and asked for regular/medium. When I pulled up to the drive through window, the cashier charged my card for a large meal and said large is all they have.

Firts of all the lady that was at the kitchen was nice and helpful.
When we started with our order the the cook started to help us, she was having trouble because she didn’t know how the register worked but she was trying to get our order. The manager came and we had to start our order again I asked for a lot of food because we are a family of six but I order a plain cheese burger with no cheese and a big carl with no cheese. When I got to my car I saw that the cheese burger had cheese so my son went back and asked for the right burger and then I saw that the big carl also had cheese so I went back. When the manager saw me coming with the other burger gave me a wierd look and I told her that it had cheese, then she came to me and said while pointing to the menu all the burgers have cheese and I replied I know that is why I said plain with no cheese and no cheese on the second one. She was rude and tried to make me look bad in front of the other customers.
But maybe if she paid attention to what she was doing instead of talking to the guy at the drive thru while getting my order she would’ve done a good job.

No Ice, no napkins, no shakes, lazy and bad customer service!!
The young cashier apologized and was really nice about it and honestly she has been the only one with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
Sometimes we only have limited time to get food and Carl’s Jr. always takes forever to prepare 1 order.
I will be reaching out to corporate because this is unacceptable, our Marines deserve better.
