I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Carl’s Jr. location. I saw a sign at the entrance offering a “Free Burger” when joining My Rewards with a minimum $1 purchase. I followed the instructions, downloaded the app, and placed my order to redeem the gift.
When I went to pick up my food, the free burger was missing. I spoke with the two female staff members at the counter, and they gave me completely wrong instructions, telling me I had to place a second order to get it. I followed their advice and paid an additional $4.04, but I still did not receive the free burger.
When I asked them again, they actually told me to order a third time. They were extremely unhelpful and refused to take responsibility, claiming they “only recognize counter money” and couldn’t refund the app charge.
This is a total scam. If you cannot honor your promotions or train your staff to handle online orders, you should not have the signs up at all. The service was incompetent and the experience was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly recommend being careful so you don’t get cheated like I did.

That was one of the best restaurants ive had food from in along time. It was fresh hot looked like commercial presentation, the burger was even half wrapped so it didn’t fall apart. Great job Carl’s jr

so the 1st pic is of a single i ordered a double no big deal, took it back, 2nd pic is from them adding the patty to the burger they messed up, the thing that pissed me off was the lady who is preparing the food and made me come back started pointing at the cheeseburger i bought back with 1 bite in it like it was my fault she couldn’t read double from single, like hello i can see you , burger was good

I have gone to this fast food restaurant several times while in Quartzsite. On this occasion on January 30, 2026 the cashier gave me a discount for age which was reflected in the receipt I was given. The the card was processed a day later or so, the discount was not honored and did not match my. receipt. I am not going back…pure dishonesty. I AM DONE WITH CARLS JR.

First of all! If you’re black pay attention how this store treats you because I’m a black man! I’ve been in here multiple times as a customer and a doordasher!!!! They’re very rude! Doesn’t cater to you and get the customer service we deserve!!!! Soon as they turn and see my black face that’s the worst thing I’ve done!!!! Is come in!!¡!!! But any white or Hispanic comes in they get the red carpet treatment!!!! The manager of this store sets the standard for all her employees to follow and boy do they follow rude!!! first I asked the manager for another bbq sauce and she said 1 only and the white older lady who couldn’t figure out the app gets all the attention from the manager and workers and free burger for her inconvenience of not understanding the app!!!! But I with my pregnant white wife get a sandwich to share! They made a mistake but brought the right sandwich! Then I asked what are you doing with the wrong sandwich to my surprise they said throwing it in the garbage ️ really because we’re are sharing it because not getting a single order from doordash in 4 hours of just sitting with not one order that’s another story!!!! This white lady also got 20%off!!! U be the judge!!!! How would you feel being treated like this!!!! Carls Jr do better!!!! Make a stand against racism and train better managers or let them go!!!; because if you have crappy managers you have crappy workers! Some people with ego problem shouldn’t be managers it goes to their head thank you for listening and sorry so long just had to let this out by the way I’m shaking right now I’m so angry

Absolutely one of the worst places I have ever been to. Staff completely rude and talk to you like your stupid. Definantly needs a surprise inspection from the health department. After a very long wait food tasted like it was sitting around for hours, couldn’t even finish it it was terrible. Managers definantly need trained on the rewards app. If this is the way this restaurant is gonna be ran might as well shut it down like Burger King did. Definantly losing a frequent customer.

Stopped here for lunch with my family on the way to California and enjoyed a Famous Star with cheese.
Carl’s Jr is always bomb tbh. Flame broiled fresh burgers and hot fries with ice cold drinks, cannot complain.
They served the food with the swiftness so we were in, out and back on the road in about thirty minutes.
My mom used the bathroom and said the bathrooms were clean that day and she has high standards.
We will stop by again.

Stopped I’m for a quick bite on our way to Cali and inquired about the double specials in the window. Cassie in drive thru made it sound promising… even said becareful is hot when she handed us a bag of cold, dry, double cheesbugers that were in no way worth the cost. Pass it up and stop at the 76 for fresher food than this.
