There is absolutely no reason for my order to be wrong, it just feels like it was done on purpose at this point honestly. I asked for a breakfast burger WITHOUT BACON & guess what’s all over my food? Bacon. Some people literally cannot eat bacon, why do that?! It was made fresh, we waited there for almost 20 minutes waiting for the food to be made & the receipt says NO BACON. pretty sure this was spitefully done. It says breakfast is until 10:30, we ordered at 10:25 am, there are times set for a reason. I am a busy working mom, i wanted breakfast for my kids & myself for a little less stress & i do mot work so hard for my money to be wasted like this. Its disrespectful. The wrapper even says “special” indicating it is not made per usual. Now they won’t answer my phone calls. The number on this google page is disconnected & the store number on the receipt also does not work. Cashier Silvia took my order. & this isn’t just as easy as you think it might be, i can’t “just take the bacon off & eat it”, so whoever did this with ill intent, congratulations on being wasteful.

Edit: The lady at the counter brought the mad his food on a tray while I had to walk up and mines was in the bag. She was too focused on the guy. It was probably because they spoke Spanish and I didn’t.

Some tables were left with wrappers and left overs on table. On this day the AC was so low it was that it was uncomfortable too cold. The meal we had was very good we ordered the Cali XL with fries, we would order this again. The patties were great and the flavour was yum. Service was ok but lacked enthusiasim. The price was a little steep. Will eat again at Carls Jr

The wait time here is ridiculous. This store has 2 people working at a time one front cashier and one cook. I came here multiple times and there are days they are out of tomatoes, lettuce or dressing for the burgers. The soda machine only has 2 flavored drinks. The workers looked stressed and I witnessed the cashier crying. She was overwhelmed. This restaurant is never fully staffed some veggies or condiments are always missing because they run out. I actually felt bad and didn’t rush or get mad at the wait time for my food because the both pm workers were very friendly and professional even after all the stress. I know most places are short staffed but this location needs the help. I dont know how people can work like this. Its illegal for the amount of work 2 people have in a very busy area. This restaurant needs better management and a full staff. I hope this reaches someone so that changes can happen. Im actually thinking of calling corporate

$7.59 6/4/23 1815hrs. I ordered a small California classic double burger with Dr Pepper. Fries were hot and fresh. Burger was cooked to perfection. Perfect seasoning and fresh bread buns. Destiny was friendly. Thank you

Came before breakfast rush hour and got the All American Breakfast sandwich with a meal (really good) and a sausage and egg sandwich (average) for around $25. Lots of options and clean establishment. Not the fastest but definitely friendly service! Coke products served.

I’m honestly just shocked and appalled in the worst possible way.
Paid over $46 for 2 burger meals and the smallest lemonades ever despite being up charged for them at $3.09 each.
So disappointed beyond words.
Why would I spend $50 on a meal for 2 people to get tiny drinks, overcooked and under salted fries, and soggy burgers. My bun was literally wet and coming apart! Why??? Y’all apparently washed but didn’t dry your lettuce?
Also for paying almost $20 a burger you’d expect some toppings. But nope. One thin slice of tomato that doesn’t even cover 1/3 of the burger is all you get.
I’m also shocked that the drive thru person felt fine with charging us over $3 extra per order for a LARGE lemonade and then giving us size small? He mumbled something about cup sizes?
Excuse me, I work in the service industry and I would NEVER be ok with ripping someone off like that! You don’t have large cups? Here’s 2 smalls. Or at least a medium! I saw medium sized cups waiting to be picked up behind the window, but this guy didn’t care about us. He just handed us the smallest size possible and closed the window so we couldn’t ask questions.
Not to mention these disgusting fries. The drive thru was busy so you’d expect the fries to be fresh but nope. They were over-fried, so crispy they didn’t have any potato left inside, and somehow completely cold. And apparently they forgot to put salt on their fries bc I didn’t see one single granule.
This is the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had from a Carl’s Jr , but this has ruined it for me. Maybe if they invited me back for a free meal I’d give them a second chance but I will not waste another hard earned dollar of mine at this sad excuse for a restaurant.
