I love this place and most of the employees. But I’ve gone through the drive thru many of times and the amount of times my ranch is leaking out and spilling everywhere is outstanding. It can be understandable if its some but its every single one. Are they trying to poison us?

Everything is great except for their service. They need to have more people working evenings because I just spent 20 minutes in the drive thru to pick up an order I ordered online. If I didn’t pay for it already and if I could have gotten out of the drive thru lane I would have gone somewhere else. Waste of gas money

The restaurant is filthy. I’ve been in this store a few times. The tables never seem clean. I went in there last week and many of the tables had boot prints on table tops. Someone with hiking boots walked on all the tables next to the front windows and the workers didn’t clean them. The tables look old and worn. The place is dark and worn. The food is horrible. No wonder The Habit has more business with higher prices and better food. It’s amazing this store stays open. Does the Manager even see their restaurant is a dump?

1 star for people handing my food. No eye contact or pleasant words. They did not seem to enjoy their job in the least.
1 star for food. Fries were cold and small. Burger was nothing like the photo showed. Surely not worth the title “Big Carl”. Buns were soggy from the start.

I ordered thru uber eats to pick it up and it gave me a pickup time of 4:32 pm i show up at 4:40 and she tells me my order isnt ready yet and to pull around front. She comes out at almost 5 oclock we open our food a little after and its all damn near cold. I know it was sitting in that bag while we were waiting outside she said it was busy literally two cars and me for a good sec im never going there again.

Wendy’s and McDonald’s down the street are better options. This is the third time Carl’s Jr messes up my order. The first couple times I was missing fries, charged incorrectly or missing some amount of patties on my sandwich. This time my sandwich had no patties in it at all. Go somewhere else or to a different Carl’s Jr but not this one at Sunset.
