Now that Carl’s has stopped their inappropriate advertising campaign, I’m happy to return to Carl’s and enjoy their delightful food. They really do have delicious hamburgers. I also enjoy their big country burrito for breakfast.

This fast food location is in one end of the Phillips 66 truck stop. Nice dining area, large clean bathrooms, and noticeably efficient, friendly staff. All the usual Carl’s menu items, but you can try asking for a non-franchise shake flavor – “the beast” (double chocolate and oreo).

The food was awful I was in at breakfast this morning around 8am date 6/29/23. The biscuits were hard as hockey pucks. The ordered got messed up twice eventually needed my sausage biscuit and bacon biscuit refunded. The guy in the back preparing his food literally said these words when I complained about lack of quality. He said I hate customers they think I have nothing else better to do? I replied this is your job. He remade the order still hard as bricks biscuits and even tried microwaving them. I will never return to any Carl’s Jr. The employees of this location are disgruntled and bad at their job and rude to customers about their mess up. Honestly whoever was working this morning needs to be fired. They do not want to be there and they obviously hate their job.

The girl at the counter was rude and had an attitude, she was helping guests with a sticker on her face. She literally ran into a customer without even saying “excuse me” until after the fact…horrible customer service!

Wanted to order chicken tenders and was told they were not able to do this because of cross contamination. When asking questions about what chicken was available the person at the register was unnecessarily rude and condescending. We left without ordering anything. Same person was rude to another customer over the same question.
