We love Carls Junior in Heber. However the last time we were there the kids that were working had the lobby music way up and then other music in the back turned way up as well. And they were 2 different types of music. It felt like a scene out of a movie where you’re waiting for the clown to jump out and take you into the sewer.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here! The food was incredibly good everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. A major bonus was that there was no wait time, and hot and fresh food was brought out almost instantly. Most importantly, the staff provided genuinely great customer service; they were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this restaurant!

The lunchtime manager and staff are great. They are friendly and polite and try to accommodate special requests. Food is prepared quickly and consistently. The dining areas are clean and well kept and they have seasonal decorations for Halloween and other occasions. It has become a regular lunch visit, a quiet break to eat and read.

The front counter cashier was super kind and helpful. My wife wanted to change out some ingredients on her burger and they did it without question. The food was great. The store was also super clean (including the bathrooms.

I really like this Carl’s Jr. Their food is usually delicious and they have friendly service. They’re fast most of the time. The one complaint I have today is that they advertised a 2.99 famous star on their sign, but charged me 3.99 plus tax for famous star, no cheese no onion, so it ended up being 4:20. When I asked them about the higher price compared to the ad on their sign, they simply said the price had changed. This is fine, but I do feel like it’s false advertising to keep the 2.99 famous star sign out. The famous star and it’s price are the primary reason I come to this location. It’s only a dollar, but it was still a dollar more than I expecting to pay and I may not have come if I had known about the price change in advance.

I want to thank the team members at the Provo Carl’s Jr on cougar boulevard for a great dining experience .
I was greeted by a lovely lady ( Elsa ) who took my order. She was so polite and helpful .
I had trouble deciding what to order and she was so patient with me .
The cooks prepared my order exactIy as I requested and saw to my specific dietary needs .
I took a seat in the clean and comfortable dining room and my meal was promptly brought to my table with a smile . The manager ( Elsa) asked if there was anything else she could get me .
I highly recommend dining at this Carl’s.

This was actually one of the best fast food places I’ve ever been to. The Western Burger tastes great, though it does need more barbecue sauce. Thankfully they give it to you. The fries were perfectly crispy with every bite, which is an incredible amount of consistency for a fast food restaurant. The staff was super helpful and happy! And the play place was actually clean, except for the car at the tippy top. I was happy to see how clean most of it was. The starving student card deal makes it really great as well!

As parents of a toddler, we are always on the lookout for play places we haven’t been to before. When we found this one we knew hit the jackpot. By far the cleanest location for a Carl’s, both dining and play areas. Staff was friendly and attentive. Quick and accurate. 10/10
