First I need to state that I LOVE Carls Jr. It’s one of if not my favorite fast food restaurant, but the service at the Logan location is atrocious! Walked into the lobby to place an order with my children and stood at the counter with them for 7 minutes to place our order. We were the only ones waiting in the lobby and not once where we acknowledged by the staff to ask for our order, apologize for the wait, nothing, for 7 minutes! I understand places get busy, but when we are the only ones waiting and nobody even in the drive thru it’s utterly terrible service. After ZERO acknowledgment from the staff I assumed they didn’t want our business so I gladly took my kids elsewhere.

I didn’t get the lady’s name that was working the drive through, but she was the sweetest. They ran out of fry sauce and she made us some without us even asking her to do that. She went above and beyond!

I got the famous star all the ingredients were there but the patties was extremely cold I think it could have by how much it has changed in temperature and myself having my Food handlers permit I believe it could have been sitting out for more than 30 minutes before put on the sandwich

the manager at this location is AMAZING. I work next door at the Jiffy Lube and he has always been so sweet to all of the employees here. He is always smiling/greeting and makes sure our order is correct every time.

Food is always hot and is always good. I live in Vegas but am from the Midwest, so the gravy is my favorite. Vegas doesn’t have the gravy, so every time I come to Utah, I always get the gravy and hashbrowns.
