I ordered online and when we got to the window they said oh we can’t do shakes right now. Ok I’ll just get my money back for the shake then, oh we can’t give you a refund. The burger was Luke warm at best, the onion rings were so old. I spent $30 on 2 meals and it was disgusting. Not happy and now not only did I spend the $30 but didn’t even get the refund for the shake!

I ordered two biscuit and gravy combo meals, addedegg andsausagepatties. It was a mobile order, sitting behind the counter ready when I arrived. I was ignored for several minutes. The woman finally acknowledged me, handed me the order, and said “I’m just getting the coffees now.” Another almost 10 minutes, no sign of her. I finally told someone to tell her to never mind the coffees, my food had gotten cold. The dogs enjoyed it. Won’t ever order here again.

I paid $35.00 for the cashier to not be bothered to even listen too what I was ordering. Asked for a Big Carl with no lettuce and onion rings. Then before I could ask to add chicken stars she already rung it out. Maybe a half order of union rings and somehow an order of French fries made it into the bag.
Then I asked wanting too clarify if they hadn’t he 9 chicken stars. She literally had no idea. Finally after fumbling around on the screen she finds it. When I got my orders I literally had to as for bbq sauce. Absolutely poor poor service.
I stop here everything I come through and almost always, I’m very happy. So if she was high or really didn’t care. Fire her

How come you wait 20 minutes for your food you get it and the burger is so cold that the cheese hasn’t even softened up. You ask and pay for sauces you don’t get ask for extra guacamole and eat half the burger before you bite into the guacamole you paid extra for. Don’t get me started on the fries that could be used in place of ice cubes to keep the soda cold. By far the lowest quality burger in fast food

Ashlynn at the Carls Jr in Brigham UT at the Loves is amazing and extremely helpful. She helped me find something that i was able to eat due to recently having all my teeth removed and she also made sure that it was made into small enough pieces that I would be able to easily swallow. Again she went above and beyond and she deserves a raise and more recognition than I am giving her now with this comment.

Staff is too cheaty chatty with other staff members before they help the guests.
I just stood there a while before they come and help me. About five minutes. Customers should come first before worrying about talking about dates.
And what they did the night before.. very, very slow.
In a truck stop, it should be real quick, not twenty minutes.To get your meal.

No decent bacon cheese burger left on the menu… when I paid nearly $15.00 for a double western burger just to get bacon and 2 patties, there were no bacon strips on the sandwich, only crumbles. Hardee’s/Carl’s Jr. used to be decent. Nowadays, the only reason I consider their food is when I’m out of food on my truck. The food is garbage and the charge twice what it’s worth.
