This is the second time recently I have visited this location. Both times we received very unfriendly staff who acted irritated to help us. I asked for some extra western bbq sauce and was denied so I asked to have extra sauce added to my burger. The employee aggressively threw my burger in the garbage and had a new one ordered to be made while laughing the whole time. Once I received my new burger it had almost no sauce on it. Very disappointed. We are huge Carl’s Jr. fans but we will never visit this location again. If you like quality service and food then go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered onion rings with my meal and they gave me fries instead. When I asked them to change it, they said they couldn’t, basically forcing me to eat what they wanted.
We also received a completely different combo from what we actually ordered. We kindly asked if they could correct it, and again they refused.
Awful experience from start to finish. I will not be coming back.

This was a horrible visit. The floors are disgusting and the playground is in disrepair. There is a flickering light and the doors look scratched up. The foam protecting the kids from the metal in the playground is falling off. The building looks old and damaged. The ceiling has cracks in it and there are pieces missing from the floor. The playground is dark and feels haunted. This place feels abandoned and uncared for. We are not going to be coming here for a long time.

Supposedly closes at 12am, showed up at 11:30pm Wednesday night, hoping to get a couple of western bacons after work. Nah. Automated message saying they’re closed. Lights on, open sign on, two cars parked outside. Closed a half hour early. Love to see it

Figured we would try Carl’s Jr. breakfast and wow how disgusting the grilled cheese breakfast sandwich wasn’t even cooked. The sausage egg and cheese was so nasty it about made me puke. Sausage was pink in the middle WILL NOT BE RETURNING

The food was insanely hard and cold like it had been sitting out for a week they put a pound of mayo to cover up how old the meat is. I couldn’t even bite into it. It should be illegal to serve people this!

Apparently at this location, fry sauce doesn’t come with your $12.00 meal anymore. You have to pay .35 cents for it which wouldn’t even be a problem if it actually came with some. This is the amount of fry sauce that came in the container and I personally would say that’s about .5 cents worth of fry sauce.

Had another Birthday Party for my grandson!!!! They have the best birthday party packages I have seen, 2 hours of the play area just for you and your guests, 10 Kids meals, set up and decorations were out of this world amazing, help from the staff if needed as well as a 30 minute- one hour visit from the amazing Carls Jr Star to take pictures with the kids and dance!!!!
