i spent 15$ there on a mobile order i asked for mustard instead of mayo and they drowned my burger in it, i thought oh well, went to eat my fries and they were completely soggy. tried to call the store to rectify this and no one will answer, it rang for 5 mins and no answer, genuinely thinking about never eating here again

Took the kids to play and eat since it’s been cold outside. A part of the play area had a MASSIVE puddle of pee. The kids found it and then were completely covered in it. It reeked like it had been there awhile. Told the workers and there was absolutely 0 urgency to fix it. The employees were having a meeting and had at least 12 staff there to clean it. Nothing. We packed up and changed the kids well before anyone even went there to close the play place so more kids went in there. By the time we left no one had closed the area or done anything and we had toddlers to wrangle who were dissatisfied and screaming. We had to warn other parents because the poor 3 staff working were drowning in orders while the rest of the staff did nothing.

There’s a young guy at the drive-thru who always makes me laugh whenever I go there. He’s not mean, he’s just funny. He told me to go to the window, and when I got there, he repeated my order and told me the total was about $59.67. When he finished processing my card, he saw it was from the University of Utah and said, “I’m sorry, I had to charge you double for your order, like over $100.” I asked him, “Why did you do that?” and he replied, “Because I’m a UVU fan.” I think that joke was really funny because it makes you wonder if he actually did it before he tells you it was just a joke. I had a great time laughing with him.

Ordered a Coke with my meal at the drive through and after drinking it, I noticed something solid in the drink. I opened the lid and found black objects in at the bottom.

We stopped by to get my son dinner after an orchestra concert, my order was taken, that was fine, my sister were behind me ready to order their meals and the boy behind the register walked away as soon as he was done with my order and kept walking back and forth not at all acknowledging my sisters not even a “I’ll be with you in a moment” literally nothing, that was very frustrating, literally took them 10 minutes to take an order for 2 people, and I get if they’re slammed on the drive threw, but it wasn’t they had one order on the screen. The service was just not it.

Went to get a $10 mix and match lunch (2 items from a selection of three for $10) that is clearly posted on the store. Ordered 2 famous stars. Wasn’t offered receipt. Asked for one and saw upon inspection that I had been charged full price. Asked about it and was told it was my responsibility to make sure the cashier knows I want the deal. Asked to speak to manager. I WAS speaking to the manager. I asked, slightly louder, if we were all expected to inform cashiers of their own menu prices. He rolled his eyes and offered me cash for the difference. It was off by 15 cents but I didn’t care any more and left. Food was decent.

Carl’s Jr. serves up bold flavors fast. Juicy burgers, crispy fries, and over-the-top combos make it a crave-worthy stop. The Western Bacon Cheeseburger is a standout, and the drive-thru’s quick. Great for satisfying big appetites with no fuss—classic comfort with a kick.
