This is my favorite location to go to. The store is always clean, and the food is made to order which is nice. There is also this woman that works there named Brittany that was extremely nice and had great customer service. There are many stores that I have been to and this one is by far the cleanest and the food is fresh every time. Thank you Carl’s Jr staff!! You’re doing great!

I had placed an online order for the McDonald right across from Carl jr.s for a McDonald’s Oreo flurry and when I got there they told me their machine is not working. So I politely asked about getting a smoothie instead and they told me that the machine was broken as well. Then I asked for a frapp and the worker told me that’s the same machine as the other ones and so it’s broken as well, none of that bothered me, it was the attitude he gave me like I should’ve known and I was asking a dumb question. He didn’t give time to think of what else to order instead. All I really want was ice cream after a long day at work. So I ended up leaving and going to the carls Jr. the girl there was super nice and patient. I believe she might have been the only one working there and I forgot to ask for her name, but she had really pretty blonde/white braids. Even though she was busy attending other customers and making orders, she remained friendly and did an excellent job at giving me exactly what I wanted. I never leave reviews and I try my best to be understanding with other workers since I know what it’s like to be in a stress environment, but I don’t believe that’s an excuse to treat someone else badly because their machine does not work. Point being is, that I really appreciate the kindness that was shown to me after a long day at work from an amazing worker at Carl’s Jr. Thank u.

Came in at 1020pm on Nov 2ndp0 for drive thru and the speaker said they were closed when the sign on the front and Google itself says they’re open until 11pm. Another car came behind me thinking the same thing, I imagine. If they close at 10, that’s cool. It’s just disappointing.

This location is relatively new, and has done a great job staying clean. The employees were friendly and pleasant to deal with. My order came out quickly and with the use of coupons that I got in the mail, I had a decent burger, chicken tenders, and cross cut fries at a pretty good price. With out the coupons I probably wouldn’t have tried as many menu items, but it was still close in price to other fast-food chains.

I went into Carl’s Jr for lunch today, which I visit frequently and it’s always such a great atmosphere, friendly employees, and it’s always clean!! A shout out to Catherine, the shift manager for always getting me my order correct and out fast and always being friendly.

So me and my mom went there and we are known customers, my mom has a medical problem she can’t hold her pee, I showed the ladies we were going to get food and asked if my mom can use the bathroom, these ladies denied my mom the bathroom and she ended up peeing on herself and being embarrassed. And I got pissed off to the point they threatened to call the police on me. This is not ok talk about horrible customer service, we will not go there anymore

I just went there, and the Diablo burger was delightful, and the churro shake was really amazing, I just love it to eat in a Carl’s Jr. Restaurant, the girls at service there they’re so nice and accurate and The manager in charge Alma was kind.

EVERY TIME I come to this Carl’s Jr im waiting for 20 minutes or more for my food in the drive thru. I don’t understand why they’re so slow when they’re not even busy! Please make it make sense ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️
