Remember when the Six Dollar Bacon Guacamole burger was a MEAL! It was so big it was served in a box, not wrapped in paper. This sandwich was pretty disappointing! The bacon was slight and only on one side of the burger. Same for Guac.
And my shake, or my 2/3’s of a shake . . . It was ok. They didn’t even fill the top with whippwd cream, which would have concealed the missing portion of shake!
I won’t go back.

Generally Carl’s Jr. has gone waaaaaaay down hill from what it was. I randomly go back to see if they’ve gone back up. Today, I saw a tiny increase. My food was warm, prepared correctly and tasted pretty good. I’m hopeful things will continue to improve, because I used to really really love Carl’s Jr.

I recently visited Carl’s Jr. and had a fantastic experience! The service was prompt and friendly, making my meal even more enjoyable. I especially want to mention one of the employees, Stephanie, who was incredibly kind and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. Her positive attitude and attentiveness truly stood out. Overall, a great visit, and I highly recommend this location for both the delicious food and excellent service!

I went through the drive thru my total was 37.70 but they took out 45.24 off of my card I asked for the manager and he said he cant do anything if called the headquarters and nobody answers

It is typical to find this place randomly closed. My third attempt. Picture is 8:30 on a Saturday, operating hours clearly say “closes at 10pm.” -When i go through the drive through around 11am it wasn’t too bad. They get my order right about half of the time.

Dirty store. Employees have nothing to do and can’t get an order right. I ordered a double jalapeño cheeseburger with no tomatoes or pickles. I get a single cheeseburger with both of those items and no jalapeños. Listening and doing their job seems hard here.
Update. They messed up the burger AGAIN. Did not once apologize or offer any compensation. The owner should be ashamed of this establishment. The food was also not warm so they obviously didn’t microwave it for long enough.

My experience absolutely sucked at this location. The only thing that was right with my order was the drink. I had to remind the little girl who was completely disinterested in her job to charge me for half of my order and when I got my food nothing was right. I ordered a double, and got a single. Fries were cold, and the sauces for my chicken were not what I ordered at all. If you pay more than minimum wage for your staff, you are getting completely screwed. For the amount of money I payed for my meal, you would think that you could hire staff that cares enough to actually listen or care about your customers.

I’ve been a regular customer at Carl’s Jr for quite some time now, and I must say, their consistency in delivering high-quality food and service never ceases to amaze me.
The burgers are always juicy and flavorful, with fresh ingredients that you can taste in every bite. The Western Bacon Cheeseburger is my personal favorite. Not to mention their crispy fries and the variety of dipping sauces that add an extra kick to the meal.
The staff at Carl’s Jr are always friendly and efficient. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. To be honest I had to wait a little longer that I would have liked to get my food but the wait was worth it, at least for me it was.
The restaurant itself is always clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable dining environment.
Carl’s Jr offers a fantastic fast food experience with its delicious food, excellent service, and pleasant atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal on the go.
