I don’t eat breakfast but I was craving a chicken biscuit and I remembered how much I liked it years ago at Carls J, so I stopped at this one literally 2 minutes from my house.
That chicken biscuit .. The chicken is juicy & there’s a lot of flavor in it, might be salty, coming from me (who loves salt) but I loved it. I asked the employee if I can have grape jam & she said in the sweetest way we don’t have jam. I was then planning on going to the McDs to get jam, but I took a bite out of the freshly made C biscuit and I didn’t need any after that! It’s that good. Shoutout to the employees! ❤️

Couldn’t even tell they were open at all. Ordered a Breakfast burger with no egg, extra hash browns on the burger, and extra ketchup. The first sign something was wrong was the extra hash browns were in the bag, but I was late to work, so I just drove off. Got to work and my order was not right at all. The breakfast burger had extra eggs on it. Yes I could have just taken the egg off of the burger, but that defeats the purpose of ordering what I wanted, a breakfast burger with no egg. I only get this once every few months and I don’t know why almost every location I go can not get my order correct in the bag, when it was accurate on the receipt. Very frustrating and disappointing that something this simple is so hard.

The general manager was awesome. I was struggling with my payment and he helped me out. The food was amazing. The service was amazing. He was very nice. The store was very clean. The food was fresh. It was just a really good experience and I would come back I love the stuff here.

I don’t normally leave Restaurant Reviews, but just wanted to shout out the Exceptional Level of Service I received from Joel & his Team at the 9000 S. Redwood Rd. location. The food was Great, came out quickly, & Joel went out of his way to ask how I was doing & if I needed anything outside of my order. I wish more people provided his level of care to something as simple as ordering a burger. Top Marks Bro!

I ordered food online on 12-24 and after waiting about 16 minutes on the drive thru I finally made it to the drive thru window and no one acknowledged me so after 10 minutes of sitting at the order station I went inside and their was about 20 dooor dash people and orders were so far behind and I told the lady at the counter I had a to go pickup order not a door dash and she ignored me and so after 25 minutes waiting in store I left empty handed. Worst if not one of the worst experiences of my life and so I am hoping to get more the. A refund. As I paid and got nothing in return.
Secondly there was one cook and one cashier. No urgency no apologies for the the wait or nothing. Terrible services
Lastly the cook wasn’t wearing gloves making food and that’s digesting and a major health violation and sanitizary code. The guy was making food bare hand no gloves and the icing on the cake is the cook picked up fries with his bare hands and put them into a fry holder. That’s gross.

I love Carl’s Jr and this one is pretty tasty I wish my burger was hot and fresh and my cheese was melted I hate when I pay for Xtra cheese on my burger and don’t get it
But I still love this brand and they are my chain of choice when it comes down to Burger’s
I just wish I could they tasty green burrito brand chili for the mouth watering excellence that was their version of chili cheese fries I miss that the most in fact it seems ever since that disappeared from the menu sales dwindled and locations started to shut down almost like the public was not okay with their favorite items going missing…. coincidence probably but that’s only if you believe in coincidence numbers don’t lie and I want my damn Chili cheese fries back
