I know that there are some pretty bad reviews. But I had a great experience today. JD is seriously super awesome and was understanding and didn’t look like i was bothering him at all. My daughter spilled her chocolate milk on the ground and they were all saying they were going to clean it up. It was cool. They mopped up the mess and were super nice about it. And replaced her chocolate milk. So 5 stars from today!

I’m not sure what exactly it is but every time I come to this Carl’s Jr in particular it is always a mess of an experience. Today I sat at the drive-thru for around 5 minutes without even an acknowledgment. Yes their hours of operation had them open. Yes I saw people on the inside working. My husband and I, frequent Carl’s Jr. we have been serviced by several different employees. This review is about One particular employee. Gabriella at the Jordan Landing. Gabriella, is an absolute asset to Carl Junior’s establishment. Gabriella is friendly upon meeting her. As important to the service is her ability to correctly communicate the order to the staff. Our food( for the first time ) was hot and the order was correct and we received our food within minutes. Being serviced by Gabriella, will definitely have us returning to Carl’s . Look bottom line is that enough fast food places really don’t care who comes through their drive-though as long as they leave shortly after. You can add this place to that list. Over priced. Didint pay attention to my order and forgot to add an item in my bag before I left. Don’t waste your time here.
