My husband and I come here a lot for breakfast/lunch and we always go through the drive thru. We usually order the same thing or something really close, and Chelsea takes our order most of the time. She is seriously the best!
She remembers us every single time, like actually recognizes us in the drive thru and already knows what we want! She even remembers that I always want extra fry sauce, which makes me happy every time. If I wanted, I bet I could go through and say “The usual” and she would already know and make it for us.
One of the funniest moments was when my husband went through without me and Chelsea figured out he was my husband just from our order and our car. We both cracked up about it all day!
We probably eat at Carl’s Jr way too much, but Chelsea makes it so much more fun. She is always friendly, always upbeat, and genuinely makes our day better when we come through! Love her!

The employee who works the night shift is extremely rude. It’s the same person who’s been working here for months, and he’s always rude — never says “thank you” or “you’re welcome.” Lol.

Arrived at 10pm after a big day where we missed dinner while traveling, and were going to be on the road till about midnight. I wanted to eat inside and take a break. My young son was SO excited to use the playground and I needed the bathroom. Despite the lights being on in the dinning room and the sign on the door saying the dinning room was open till midnight the doors were locked. And no one came to open them when they heard us pulling on the doors. (I’m assuming they locked the doors after cleaning so they didn’t have to clean again and could leave as soon as their shifts were over.) We went through the drive through and the service was the classic “ugh, I just work here” meets “why don’t you know the nuisances of our lemonade options/availability?” and “why are people bothering me?” mentality you see and junkier fast food places.
I was surprised to see “Carla Jr. Is dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction” on a sign by the pick up window. I don’t know if this is lip service, there by obligation like the “employees must wash hands for two minutes” signs you see in bathrooms, or if the employee was having an off day. Either way the service was bad enough to fall outside of normal and into “worth talking about” with my brother for a while. (And evidently bad enough that I felt the need to write a review the next day.) It wasn’t outright hostile (1 star) but definitely poor (2 star.)
The food was definitely good. Hot and fresh. The strawberry lemonade was great. We had to wait behind two other cars for about eight minutes before getting food.

The worst food I’ve ever ordered. Dry and flavorless for my western burger that was buried at the bottom of a bag underneath kids meals. Isn’t the point of kids meals they get a box or bag to themselves. What a joke. I tried giving this place a chance after repeatedly getting rude service in the drive thru. I hate this place. My kids are very happy you forgot the toys for the kids meals. You should be happy we didn’t dine in.

Food is always hot and fresh but most of all chelcie and her crew in the am are very pleasant and efficient at what they do. My overall experience has been a good one. And would recommend carls jr for anyone that hasnt been.Thank you chelcie and crew

I went in just now at 10:20pm someone talked to me through the Drive true and then ignore me. I pulled up to the next window. And everything was off when it clearly says it closes 11pm-12am. I gave it some time. And then came back and same thing. Idk if someone is really there or not. But I talked to someone through the drive thru.

The food was as expected, they were a little slow considering it wasn’t very busy. The staff was polite. The bathroom has a bad oder and obviously hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while, the fixtures are stained, etc.
