Never had a problem here. Everyone there is nice. The burgers are delicious. My food is freshly made. And the only place that always gets my order correct. I do wish they had the Jalapeno Angus burger.

I was nearby shopping and decided to buy some spicys and ordered to go when I got home I opened it up and I was not happy with wat i saw! The lettuce was OLD and soft with brown spots the chicken patty was old and dry and the food was warm It seemed to me like they just microwaved it frm leftovers from days ago! I live in 20 minutes away from this restaurant so I wasn’t going back! I am not happy and I will not be going here ever again

Went into order stood at the counter. The 2 workers just sat on chairs didn’t ask if I was ready or anything. Kind of crazy time was 320 pm. I go here all the time, usually a young kid is the counter help he’s great. The lady who looked like she needs a bath and the tall guy today need a reality check. Sad when employers employe people who don’t want to work.

Stopped by the Carl’s Jr drive-thru with a simple order: Famous Star, Waffle Fries, and Coke Zero. What I actually got: Diet Coke, a box of dull looking regular fries, and a gray-matter filled burger that felt…more like an Emmet Kelley painting. The receipt came to $15, which works out to be about a dollar a bite. I’m pretty sure I don’t pay $1 a bite at the nearby steakhouse.
On the brighter side, it was a funny kind of disappointing. So while the meal wasn’t exactly what I expected, at least it gave me a story and a smile.

I work over at the Men’s Wearhouse across the street and eat here all the time. Absolutely love all the workers and always have fun over here chatting with them. It’s fast food so not the healthiest option, but they have some wonderful products. I usually end up getting chicken stars or chicken sandwich with criss cuts and it’s always really good. Their shakes are amazing as well as their new handcrafted lemonade. I would highly recommend this place!

Cold food, only was only able to give out 1 fry sauce, according to policy. that’s not even enough to eat a whole medium fry with. I will NoT be going back , it’s no wonder these are going out of business. They used to be my favorite. One star is too much

2nd time we,ve come here for late lunch drive through. Both times the California Classic Combo was advertised on the window as $5.99 but the receipt reads $6.99. We ordered 2 combos both visits. This time I asked and was told the manager hasn’t changed out the posters for the new year but I gave you extra ketchup, fry sauce and napkins. Fry were cold/old. The way I see it I should have an extra $4 but instead won’t be back. Staff was kind and we didn’t make a stink.

I came to the State Street location across from South Town mall. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would never recommend this location, and I will never come back. I’d give you the man’s name who helped me, but he isn’t wearing a name tag.
