TLDR: Really poor service. Okay food.
I’ve been here a handful of times and they’re rarely friendly, but I do like the food for that random fast food run.
My most recent experience with the staff there was extremely unprofessional. I was making a food run and I rushed to grab a couple quick spicy chicken sandwiches. We had a long day, so I justed wanted a couple sandwiches. Fortunately, I made it with time to spare. I saw the staff standing around, doing nothing as I pulled up. When I got to the mic, I was greeted with… Silence. I guess they couldn’t be bothered to make me any food. Fortunately, this is the last time I’ll be visiting this restaurant.

Carl’s Jr serves good hamburgers, there’s no doubt about that. This Carl’s Jr is better than most because it has possibly the best play area of any family restaurant in Orem. My kids have been here multiple times and still haven’t gotten tired of it. Highly recommend!

Way better than McDonald’s. Great play place my kids loved it. the restaurant was clean, and the food was hot and miles better than other fast food places. Prices are a little steep but the quality makes up for it. My fast food hating kiddo even loved the food. Service was very friendly. Definitely coming back.

Excellent playground for the kiddos. The food is exactly as good as every other Carl’s Jr. The service is great as they bring your food to your table. The kid’s meals don’t come with a toy. I prefer that because kid’s meal toys often lead to disappointment when my kids don’t get the toy they wanted, and they’re general cruddy toys anyway.

The service was very friendly and the food came out fast and hot! The prices are high, but the food makes up for it. The burgers look as they would on the menu itself. The staff were very friendly, easy to talk to and get along with. The environment is very quiet and easy to enjoy eating your food and talking. The area is very welcoming to families of all sizes!

I’m done with this place. I pay to upsize to a large drink and they ALWAYS fill my cup full of ice even when I ask them not to. I end up with only a few gulps before it’s gone.

I’m a fan of Carl’s Jr from my childhood! Haven’t had one where alive now for over 20 years…The minute we walked in to this location I noticed the work ethic of what seemed to be the only person working at the front (and he was). He was hustling between the drive-thru, cash register AND prepping food! He was friendly, greeted us right away, was multi-lingual – speaking Spanish to another worker in the back. Even though we could sense he was busy, he helped us without seeming rushed, only giving quality customer service and answering our questions with good detail. After taking our BIG order for 8 people, he was considerate enough to explain that there were only 2 workers so it may take a bit of extra time. We were happy to wait because this young man was so great. And then – he managed classic business smarts – he under promised but OVER delivered, getting us our food in minutes including free cookies!!!

We came today on Christmas. We didn’t get a receipt it was about $39. They gave us sprie that was out of syrup. We also asked for ketchup and 3 ranch, there was no ketchup and only 2 ranch. I also asked for onion rings and they gave me fries.
When our food was handed to us he asked if we got BBQ sauce and and we said no we got ketchup and ranch. He still handed us the bag and didn’t care to go inside and get us ketchup. He just said “oh, we’ll here you go”.
I’m really upset because that’s the only money we got for Christmas and I’d like to be reimbursed. We are very poor and the quality was just super awful. We would’ve gone to McDonald’s instead for $25 but they were closed.

This Carl’s Jr is the best one I have ever been too! Thanks to Michael who made a special sandwich for my picky kids & for treating us like stars! He was running the whole place it seemed like! Not to mention the yummy food, great service & a great play place for the kids! We will be back!
