I am very disappointed in this establishment. My husband and I go here often but after 2 less than stellar incidents I believe we will no longer do so. Our last incident was in ordering a combo meal. I ordered an ice tea with my meal and since they didn’t have lemon slices or packets I asked for a splash of lemonade in my tea. I was refused this option even though I have received it numerous times in the past. Which seems absolutely absurd to me. If you dine in their lobby, you can go get free refills. I was told that they’re no longer allowed to give a splash of lemonade in ice tea because it goes against their rules. What are the rules, no customer service? I informed the the person taking my order and the manager that I have been offered this many times in the past with no problems. It seems downright ridiculous to me that you can have a free refill, but not a splash of lemonade into a full glass of tea.

The last two times I have been here they have messed up the orders. I’m not allowed to have onions- both my boxes said no onion yet both sandwiches had onion … wth and it’s so expensive the least they can do is NOT add onion.

If you’re looking for fast food, this place has it. If you’re looking for good fast food, find somewhere else. My chicken sandwich was not good. Overcooked in old oil. Even the fries were meh. My spouse’s different chicken sandwich order was ok. The service, however, was really great. The nice lady at the register, who I think was a manager or assistant manager, was so patient and helpful. The place was mostly clean.

Asked if they had fresh fries the worker Tiffany said we can make you fresh ones no problems. They were fresh and hot. I hot milkshake and they made it perfect

I’m so disappointed! Usually we get excellent food from this Carl’s junior. We usually get either the chicken sandwiches or the tenders but I needed breakfast so my husband bought me their French toast sticks. I went to eat them and they are so OVER COOKED they are hard!
