Slow on the service and asked to park. We were not in a rush. The workers were kind and apologetic. Pretty sure they were understaffed and it was not their fault. I totally blew past the drive thru window and had to reverse back to it. We went for the first time when it was dark and the light was not on over the window and it seemed like the window was on a different side of the building. Unique building design and want to go back to try out the play area inside. We enjoyed our hot food and tasty churro shakes. The order was accurate according to what we purchased.

Food is good however try getting service in the early morning is near impossible. I’ve had several days where you pull up to the drive through and no one ever responds, or had days where the “power was recently out” so we cant take orders, or the fryer is down, etc. It seems like the early morning drive through staff doesn’t have any desire to be there or serve food. I enjoy the breakfast but sometimes its extremely difficult to get any service there.

Tried their new spicy double western bacon cheeseburger, and it was just okay. Will not get it again. I will say there was tons of jalapenos on it though, so it was not lacking there. I will stick with the OG western bacon cheeseburger. For some reason, it always seems like their bacon is just shy of always being fully cooked. The staff at the drive-thru were super friendly and got my order right. Did not wait that long for food, which was nice. Waffle fries and regular fries we’re good. They did have these little cute State ketchup packets.

Two words: hot garbage. Overall this place is a pig sty. The owner has let this store go for way too long. The food was messy but that’s not my main concern. It’s hard to find any of the food appetizing with the state of the facility. Dirty floors, dirty tables, filthy play area, drink station a mess. To anybody saying oh that’s just fast food for ya. This is not normal for any fast food. This is a management issue. Been to plenty of stores that are clean. It’s not hard to pick up a mop. I will not be coming back here again.

Always been my favorite fast place to eat. But this is the first time ordering from this location and our experience was disappointing. I understand times are hard in the food industry right now, but the rudeness from the associates at this location was a huge bummer. Our fries were thrown in the bag and my burger might as well have been a very sauced pancake.

There fewer and fewer Carl’s Jr.’s. This appears to be a slow death of them. I personally like the western bacon burger. They have been advertising their flamed broiled patties and I do like real flamed ham burgers. We will see with time moving forward

Sign on the door. Says dining room opens 6:00 a.m.. after waiting for 10 minutes for them to open, I went to the drive-thru and asked when the dining room going to open. The associate said 8:00 a.m. why is the hours posted on the door different than when the associate wants to open. Not everybody wants to eat in their car. Some people would like to sit down and enjoy a meal. Unfortunately this employee is running the show regardless of what opening hours are.

Employees were friendly enough, but the food is a serious issue! My burger was MOLDY! My Fiancee and I came for dinner, she got a chicken sandwich and I got a jalapeno burger. She ate hers before I got to mine, I’m glad I inspected mine at least. I was ready to tear into my burger until I flipped it over and found this molded bun. An hour or so after eating my Fiancee is starting to feel sick, and she better get over it… I can’t believe employees could be so careless as to serve MOLDED FOOD to customers, and management doesn’t care enough about this to even keep an eye out for it… Everyone who works here should be ashamed of themselves, and I hope you lose your jobs. This is unacceptable…

Worst management customer service ever! First off, asked for a side of shredded cheese and got a side of american sliced cheese instead. YUMMY! This was for the biscuits and gravy, be aware hockey pucks are not edible. Also this was at 6:00am. Never again will I ever visit this restaurant again!

Good food seems to have a disappointed employee at the time 10/15/17. Play place is the best I’ve been to, to take the kids that like climbing and sliding. It has 4 matching slides to race down and 2 tall twin spiral slides to go down
