The younger guys up front were amazing and very polite. Unfortunately, the experience changed when I had to address an issue with my order.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo. When I received it, it had mayo on it. I brought the sandwich back immediately with my receipt and had not taken a bite. When I explained the situation, the gentleman in the back, who was identified as the manager, responded with frustration and said he couldn’t take the sandwich back but would “just remake it,” in a very irritated tone.

While remaking the sandwich, he proceeded to talk negatively about me, assuming I couldn’t hear him. I then asked the two younger employees if I could speak to the manager, and they informed me he was the manager. He continued making comments about not being able to take the sandwich back.

The younger employees even looked at the sandwich and confirmed there was mayo on it, despite my order clearly stating no mayo.

I understand that mistakes happen, and I’m always respectful about that. However, the way this situation was handled felt very disrespectful. The frustration may not have been about me personally, but it was taken out on me, and that’s not okay.

I hope the owner reviews the camera footage and considers additional customer service training for management. Again, the younger employees were great, but the management response was disappointing. Also to add this was also my first time ever going to a Carl’s Jr. and it was just a very disappointing experience.

The staff on the day I went were not very friendly. It isn’t always that way but the last few times it has been.

The food is always really good quality. I enjoy the taste. This last time I specifically asked for no mustard and no onion. They put both on there.

The price is a killer though. If I can’t get the order right amd not more friendly staff, then it makes it hard to want to go back.

Had a great experience here! Food was hot and delicious. Restaurant and restroom were spotless. Chloe was nice and sweet. I didn’t get the cooks name but he did an awesome job. I had the Western Bacon burger and my husband had a Double Sourdough Bacon cheeseburger. Waffle fries were hot also.
They didn’t have fry sauce or ketchup… what? I had to laugh cuz what fast food restaurant in Idaho doesn’t have fry sauce or ketchup LOL. So we had ranch and bbq sauce instead, and I think I liked it better!

I happened to notice I pulled into the drive through at 12:12, I was finally handed my food (3 piece chicken tender and one order of onion rings) at 12:40 – nearly 30 minutes. While I was waiting in drive through a person ahead of me actually got out of his truck and asked me to back up so he could back out and leave because it was taking too long. (I guess I should have taken the hint and left when he did.) The food was as good as always, but I only got one of each sauce I asked for where I usually get two, so I ran out of sauce for both my onion rings and my chicken tenders.

So incredibly sad coming off a 12hr nursing shift and being denied food at 10:31pm because the employees didn’t want to do their job. They don’t close til 11pm but after waiting in the drive thru for 8 minutes completely ignored then walked into the store and was told they are “closing early” on a Tuesday night. Sad people can’t do the job they are paid for.

Can honestly say if you want breakfast, go somewhere else. I came through a few minutes after they opened, and didn’t think much of it at first. Was asked to wait for a second which I had no issue with. Finally when he took my order the guy running the window instantly sounded pissed off that I ordered more than one item. Same attitude when I got to the window, as well as when he made me pull around front and brought the food out. I get early morning suck, but I worked at this store same shift and position so I know it’s not that bad. All around this store has gone down hill in the last ten years, I’m going to stick with McDonald’s or Burger King for early morning breakfast going forward, which sucks cause used to really like Carls Jr.

Come through Idaho falls a couple times a year and this location does a good job. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. I appreciate they open in the mornings on time.

This location is in Idaho Falls. The service was sub par. It was slow. The tables were dirty. There were no napkins available. Half of the soda dispensers in the soda machine are empty. The bathroom was not very clean. The food was alright. Overall I’m disappointed and I probably won’t go back again unless there is no other choice. The main reason I went to much there was because Wendy’s is closed.

I didn’t know that if you’re spending more than $40 you’re supposed to go inside the store so it doesn’t interfere with the clocking system of the drive-thru. I was told I was being rough ordering that much. At least I saved $50 going home to eat.

I went through the drive through and there was some miscommunication during the order so when I came back a few minutes later Sebastian took great care of me. Was VERY polite, so friendly and took care of the issue efficiently, and professionally. Very happy with the overall service. Sebastian should be a trainer for how all Carl’s Jr employees should greet/treat customers.
