Food was okay. We got breakfast burritos and they got a little gaggy at the end. Chicken stars were good. And the cookies and cream shake was delicious. Play area was huge and was fun!

This is the second time I have been betrayed by Carls Jr. The first was when I was charged 4 times for something I didn’t even receive by the app and the second is getting a chicken sandwich slapped between two piece of bread that weren’t even toasted a little. I have photo evidence of this. I ended up just eating the chicken because it was too soggy to eat with the bread. I usually don’t do this but this is ridiculous after spending $17 on two sandwiches that were not very good at all. If I am waiting in a drive thru for 10 minutes and spending money I expect it to be better than this. It isn’t like I came in before close or at a busy time there was plenty of time to cook the bread and it should not have been like this.

Came and got the crispy chicken sandwich and Everytime it’s burnt, manager said no matter what he does to make it hot it needs to be black so i asked him if he can’t just take them out and defrost what he’ll use in the morning? Guess it still has never occurred to them because they said they’ll still be burnt because of how they have to be cooked. Service takes forever, you can’t even get out of the drive thru if you want to and so far we’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes for 3 cars ahead and there are 3 behind us and this time we ordered jalapeno poppers only because it’s the only place in town to get them. and they do have an awesome refund policy though so that’s good. Also their app will not download for nothing. Cashier’s are super friendly! twice we’ve came here and the fries and poppers were rancid from old oil. We will still come for the poppers because this is the only place in town with good ones if the oil isn’t bad that is. We got here at 7:03pm and it is now 7:22pm and there is still one person’s in front of us

I have lived in Pocatello for over 10 years now. And I have tried to give this place chance after chance.
The Drive Thru
I typically use the drive thru. And be warned if you do! You will be waiting 15 to 20 minutes for your small order of food. If you have somewhere to be, do not use their Drive thru.
The inside.
I have not used the restroom. But from what I can see in the dining area, it was clean to a degree. You get your occasional piece of napkin or food here and there. And that’s when the staff should be sweeping. If the you got time to be on your phone then you have time to clean.
The Food.
Ehhh! It’s okay for fast food. The quality of food is not worth the price. It’s typically luke warm or cold. So be sure to own a microwave. 9 out of 10 times, you will not receive the right order. Which is why I called today. No apologies or offer to make it right. He just kept blaming the new staff. The man who answered the phone in clear english, suddenly had broken english who “couldnt understand me”. Ridiculous!
The staff.
I wanted to end this on a positive note. The staff who work here are kind and friendly. Yes even in the drive thru. So you can imagine how upsetting it is to hear them blamed. Shame on you for placing blame. That is not how a place of business operates. And if there is alot of people quitting, I cant imagine why!!

I went in today while on lunch break, and had already ordered ahead. Food was delicious, and way better than a lot of the other locations I’ve been too. Staff was very attentive and friendly, and the place was nice and clean. Everything was perfect.

I ordered my breakfast through Door Dash and what they charged me was a ripoff. The food prices are already inflated as we all know through Door Dash and I thought about ordering through them again and this time was the last straw. See photos attached to this review. First the food was great! The delivery driver was friendly and polite and I tipped her extra in cash instead of through the app for tax reasons. I tipped $2.50 that was the minimum through the app because I knew I was going to give her extra upon delivery. How does a $13.11 breakfast turn into $21.60? Can someone please explain this to me?

Absolutely disappointed in the “service”. 45+ minutes after we placed an order, the door dasher finally gave up and dropped the order. Nobody would answer the phone at the restaurant when we called. This is a trend that we’ve recently discovered with this Carl’s Jr. after being a repeat customer. I don’t know what changed lately, but service has been horrible the last 2 visits.

There needs to be some sort of training or management. The lady taking orders could not be bothered to turn around and actually start putting orders on trays or in bags. She just kept taking order after order after order while everyone’s food just sat there piling up getting cold. When I asked her to please put my food in the bag she said I haven’t had a moment I’ve had to ring people up. Use some common sense I have been here for 20 minutes… The people that just arrived can wait one minute while you put my food in the bag
