I think I got food poisoning. I’m a professional driver and I have 30 min break. The young man at register was polite and courtesy. He repeated my order over mic. I ordered cheese burger no mayo, special sauce, or ketchup. I asked for extra lettuce, tomato, and add mustard. I got the opposite. Mayo was on both sides of bun and a lot of it. I didn’t have extra lettuce and tomato or mustard I asked for on it. I was eating waffle fries while on the road that were fresh and hot. The burger was ice cold like it was pulled from fridge. I didn’t check food because I was pressed for time and they were busy. Huge disappointment!!!

I remember coming to this place all the time because it’s one of the only places in the entire area that’s open 24/7. and they still have signs on their doors and on their window saying that they’re 24/7. but you pull up and they tell you sorry we’re not even though there’s people there. at least nine times I have gone there recently and they have told me that they will not serve me because they do not have enough staff, even though I can see four teenagers running around on the back talking to each other and on their phones.but then on the rare occasion where you actually do get service half the time your orders wrong. from easily the only 10/10 place in Green River to now being a 0/10.

I used to really like going here until they stopped selling fry sauce. I was actually talking to some friends the other day, and this subject came up, and they all said the same thing, that they don’t like coming here anymore because they stopped selling fry sauce. And Carl’s Jr. doesn’t even offer you a substitute sauce to dip your fries in. So I’ll go back to Arctic Circle because they ALWAYS has fry sauce. Fries with no sauce are so gross, and there’s lots of people who agree with me. It’s not that hard, just mixed equal parts ketchup and mayo. So easy!

Only received HALF the normal portion of steak in my breakfast burrito. The corporate supplied proportion cups for specific items need to be followed by corporate guidelines. Franchisees and managers cutting food costs by skimping Ingediants is just robbing the customer and against franchise regulations. Employee specifically explained that the manager only allowes half the portion when I showed him the burrito. Manager out for that BIG BONUS for himself maybe. managers cheating the customers. Never go again. Filling complaint to Franchise corporate.
