Went here on 2/9/2026 around 12pm and waited 30 minutes to try and place my order. Meanwhile I was told “sorry for the wait” multiple times. Yet, could not get service. As I stood waiting to order I watched multiple employees grab food off the food line and eat it, for example an entire chicken tender. So while I did not get the opportunity to even order food because I had to go back to my job. I have a very hard time being understanding that you are so busy you can’t take my order, also maybe if you didn’t have employees eating the food that is supposed to be served to the customers and grabbing it from the food line with their bare hands, you’d be able to serve customers better perhaps? I understand that busy times occur and that happens when Carls Junior corporate decides to give free cheeseburgers out after the Super Bowl. But I do not believe that it justify standing in line for 30 minutes, watching employees touch food with bare hands, and the same employee not even jumping in to help the team succeed while it is clearly a busy time. Very disappointing.

So I pulled up to the order speaker and ordered a bacon egg and cheese bisket and a sausage and egg grilled cheese. After paying for it I was told it would be a few minutes because the char was not working. First of all if you’re equipment isn’t working then don’t sell things that are cooked on it. Seams kind of obvious to some I guess others need to be told. I have to pull up and they will bring it out. After waiting for close to 10 minutes the manager brings it out and I drive home. When I open the sandwich to eat it I could see and tell by touch that it never touched the grill. I called to complain and she the manager told me she saw the sandwich and it was cooked. Really doesn’t look like it to me. Flat out lied. That’s how you keep customers good job.

Only 1 guy working drive through and inside as well as delivery of food to diners and outside while the other person was on break. Not run very well at all. There were 2 cooks in the back that were not too busy. Waited for 10 min just to place my order because the drive thru had priority apparently.

Do NOT eat the chicken sandwiches from here!!!! Unless you want to be in the worse stomach pain and nausea of your life!! I’m not sure if the chicken was undercooked or what happened but this needs to be checked into so no one else goes through it. Possible food poisoning? I was a little skeptical about eating here to begin with. Wish I would have trusted my instincts and stayed away.

We arrive. Manager walks out, tells us he’ll help us soon (never see the rude, incompetent man again) after 2 more employees offer help the 3rd one takes our order and tells us they have no sides. I would recommend never going here to eat. Go anywhere else because I feel lucky didn’t get food poisoning.
