They never give me the sauce I ask for. This is not the issue because it is something I do not pay, the issue is the gravy today. It is SO runny! Someone added way too much water to the mix. Notice how you can see the patty and eggs after pouring directly on top? You shouldn’t be able to see anything under the gravy after pouring it. Just saying.

I go to this location every morning when I work day shift, Vanessa is always cheerful and smiling, she is very attentive and knowledgeable. You can tell by her personality that she is an amazing employee. Nice people like her help others have a good start to their day. Thank you vanessa..

I went thru drive thru and the service was exceptional. The gal on drive thru Vanessa was so friendly and nice. My order was hot and fresh by far the most exceptional experience at this location. I’m not a tech savvy person but Vanessa told me about the carls jr app and helped me download it. Defiantly will be coming again to see Vanessa.

For the second time this month, I drove through the Santa Fe location on thuraday afternoon, for just a large oreo milkshake and received a large (24oz) cup, about 2/3 full. This being the second time in a row, I nicely asked if they could please fill it (since I paid for a large), the gal at the window handed it to her manager, the manager weighed it, and handed it back to me as she bluntly said “It’s 12oz. That’s our large. That’s how much is in here.”

Tried ordering breakfast and received the stingiest, most dry breakfast burritos ever, not to mention they only gave 2 packets of hot sauce, so I wasn’t even able to make it better. They couldn’t even be bothered to give 2 packets per burrito. I won’t be back. It is a borderline scam.

Went threw drive thru at 5:30 and asked for fresh biscuits. Waited 10 minutes and got hard stale biscuits.
I went back later.Went in the lobby and told Vanessa about my previous experience earlier in the day. She apologize and personally made it right and fixed the problem. I can’t say enough how great Vanessa is. Always gets my order right and takes care of me.

It’s open for dining despite the pandemic. The food took a little bit longer than usual, but the fries were on point as were the burgers. The bathrooms require access codes, which is understandable as this neighborhood seems to attract homeless people. All in all, a good place to grab a quick bite after gassing up.

This place is at best mediocre, that isn’t even my main concern and to be expected at a 24 hr store. How come every single time no fail I walk into this restaurant, is the manager Steven always there flirting with the shift lead Vanessa? She is so sweet and clearly uncomfortable! She tries to walk away and he will follow her. She is always talking about my husband this my husband that and Steven isn’t getting the picture. Is this what we are doing? Allowing our managers to flirt and throw themselves on someone clearly uninterested ? Get this girl out of that store transfer her somewhere else. Poor thing I want to help her every single time!

Ordered large n got small but still paid for large. I was in a hurry n when I got to work saw it was the small breakfast meal n I should have known they did this last time n no one ever reached out for some kind of satisfaction resolution.
