The woman who waited on me at the drive through was very nice. I ordered a breakfast burger and drove around the corner to eat it in their parking lot. The burger was lukewarm, grey and slimy. I went through the drive through again. This time a man’s voice came through the speaker. I started telling him what was wrong was my breakfast burger, but before I could finish, heat abruptly said that breakfast was over and that they were right already cleaning in the grills. And I said, I didn’t care it didn’t need to be a breakfast burger, any fresh burger would be fine,a cheeseburger? I came around to the window and he handed me the bag right away. So in my mind, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt, and that he may have taken that fresh burger right off the grill. I again went around the corner to their parking lot. And that burger was grey and slimy. I think that he took one of the old burgers from breakfast and microwaved it and slapped it on a bun. I did not go back a second time because if that’s the way they want to treat a legitimate complaint then I’m just never going back to any Carl’s Jr. Which is a shame because I really did enjoy some of their food.

I went in today to grab a few burgers, and after paying for my order I saw a sign on the window just beyond the fountain drink station displaying – buy a Western Bacon single, get another for $1. I went back up to the register and asked since I ordered a Western Bacon single if I might have one added for the discounted price and the young man who was both amiable and professional apologized while explaining I had closed out my order and he was not able to perform the action I requested. While waiting for my order, it reemphasized that in our current climate, much like myself – people are more selective where they spend their money. As a business owner, I immediately jumped on my phone and directed that an email be disseminated to all staff members ASAP to ensure if we have any special pricing – our staff members are to inquire to any qualifying customer to see if they are aware and/or interested in our promotion – taking the time and effort to turn customers into patrons by taking a proactive approach while minimizing any customer frustration or dissapointment. Let us remember it is our customers that allow us to stay in business – shame on us if we forget that, shame on us if we don’t put our staff in a position to be successful in generating return patrons – forcing them to apologize after the fact and shame on me if I fail to take advantage of learning situations to better support my staff and customers – consumers will not continue to spend their money in places that fail to appreciate their business or take them for granted. I went ahead and ordered another Western Bacon single, adding another for $1 – allowing it to serve as a reminder and to use as an example to place our staff and business in the best position for success moving forward by showing an appreciation for those coming in to our business as opposed to our competition. My disappointment is not with the young man who took my order, nor to the owner of the establishment or the leadership they rely on to manage this business – they earned an extra $8 this afternoon but very well may have lost any of my future business with the amount of burger establishments in the area – however maybe this situation will assist them in taking the same action it provided me the opportunity with today, and to Isaiah – Thank you for your continued courteousness, empathy and professionalism during my inquiry to your promotion.

Quick easy experience, got the chicken strips by accident when ordering at the drive thru and realized I wanted the star nuggets. At the window the employee was super helpful and got it changed and updated for me. Very friendly and would come back again. Didn’t have to wait long and pricing was reasonable.

I been to so many Carls jr but never as clean as this Carls jr. The whole time I was there an employee his name is Isaiah Garcia stud out to me because he was occupied cleaning and keeping the lobby clean. My food was out very fast and fresh, I love that. Isaiah was also greeting and had a smile. He has excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back to eat here.

Large fry vs. med fry.
The attendant was a jerk. His coworker was out harassing drivers on the street in all black at 8:00PM. The attendant then shoved the bag in my face and says “here you go”. Real professional. Surprise surprise they have less than 3 stars. The franchise owner should likely learn what customer service is.

UPDATE for 2026:
The new crew on Sundays is rude as hell. I’m gonna have to switch to a different fast food location. That’s too bad, I had started bringing my Day Program guys here three times a week…
We’ve been treated like shit a couple of weeks in a row. You just lost our business, which will drop this location’s bottom line by about $400 to $500 a month.
If you want a good burger and fries, I recommend Culver’s… they make better food than Carl’s Jr, and the price is better (depending on what you order).

The owner/manager cares so much about losing a regular customer that they posted a broken link that goes to nothing. Thanks for the shitty response Carl’s.

Arrived at ~12:10 Sunday. No customers in the place at all & no one in the drive through. Four employees standing around not doing anything. No biggie.
Order.
Then look at the tables. There is not a single one that is not dirty. There are fries or other garbage under about half. Why was no one taking care of the front of the house?
Anyway, ordered a single burger. Place starts to get busy. 16 customers here now. 17 minutes after I order a single burger, still no food. I give up, ask for a refund, and they say no.
Just sad. Carl Karcher (The founder) would be heartbroken at the state of the place. Franchise owner of this location should be ashamed.
