Everytime I come to this location whoever is working is always nice and my food always comes out correct. These guys seem to really work hard in there, and I’ll never be mad at waiting because they make the food fresh. My wife kills the jalapeño poppers and the burgers are really good! I highly recommend this location and I just want to applaud the hard work they put fourth.

i came in earlier this evening after an appointment, and i’ll just say that the two girls with the glasses were super sweet. despite being mildly busy-and alone-the girls worked really hard and managed by themselves super well. the cashier was super nice and accommodating, and the cook was funny and really fast as well! the food was pretty good, although the bad country music annoyed me…the consistency of this store is nice, i’ll look forward to my next visit

This location legitimately just stole my money. I have never had any restaurant of any sort ever do this in my life. Placed a to-go order for two very basic sandwiches. 15 minutes later it still wasn’t ready. Didn’t have any more time to spare before a soccer game. Politely asked for a refund or a voucher of some sort. Didn’t receive any sandwiches or any refund or voucher. I’m at a complete loss. I would absolutely avoid this place

Just want to start by saying I started this review before I even tasted the food. The general manager working had awesome customer service vibe and I believe only one cook in the back. Food came quick and even brought it to our table.

I sat here for 15 mins waiting for my order from the app. I’m from out of town and had to walk back to my hotel so I got there 10 minutes before it was expected to be ready. I finally went up to the counter and the manager said “We didn’t know your name”. I was shocked since they saw me waiting and had it ready, so common sense would have told me they’d at least ask if it was for me. There was 1 other person inside and he was eating. One person prepping and the manager updating his board. I suggest you ask if your order is ready at this location.

Hit or Miss: ranges from amazing tasting to next time it’s terrible or they short you items. For a very slow location, I’ve no idea how they can short items. Even being the only customer doesn’t mean they won’t screw it up. Always check your bag before leaving, or just go to Wendy’s or Arby’s in same lot. Last visit by me, which sux as it’s my fave chain.

Gone are the days of bacon not being micro-cut….. service was great and staff friendly. Wish I could find a bacon breakfast sandwich that actually satisfied my want of bacon. At least the actual biscuit is way better than McDonald’s or Burger King. Good deal as long as they keep the 2 for $5 biscuits.

I saw a customer give his burger back after he had taken a bite or two. The girl took it to another lady who touched where he bit with her gloves on them grabbed a party to put on another sandwich. I’m pregnant so I left. Do better.
