The charming young lady whom I spoke with at the counter was all smiles and genuinely happy to be doing her job. Set the tone for the rest of my day. It’s easy to fake a smile at work, we all have worked with customers, and fake it all the time, but that only serves to highlight it when the general feel good vibes and happiness is genuine. It’s contagious when real. Wish for more of that.

Anyway got a breakfast burger it was divine.

I will NEVER come here again. I used to love the food and never had a bad experience, but after today, never again. I came here to get dinner for me and my kids around 6pm, and I ordered a coffee for myself. The lady gave me coffee and the cup had sticky stuff all over it. I politely asked her for a new cup without the sticky stuff on it. She gave me another one and it still had some sticky stuff on it… I didn’t want to bother asking again. Then we waited SO long.. The lady gave me some shady looks and went in the back and she was there for awhile. As I was waiting I sipped my coffee and it was ridiculously sweet to the point I couldn’t drink it. Idk if she did that on purpose or if it was suppose to be that sweet. I finally saw the lady come out from the back and she glanced at me with a smirk and still didn’t have my food ready. After waiting awhile longer she finally gave me my food. Well I went home and ate with my family, and it’s 11pm and my children are THROWING UP and we ALL have stomach aches!! WHAT DID THEY DO? I’ll never know, but I know they did something to it. I was nice, I didn’t do anything to deserve any of this, and I wish I knew the name of the girl because she didn’t give us a a receipt but she should be fired!

We went in tonight with my family to grab a quick dinner at 6:48 pm and as soon as we go to go inside the worker came out and just stared at us and then told us to make sure we wipe our feet because she just mopped the dining room. Then we went to go ahead and place our order and she had already shut down basically the entire dining room room soda machines at all so we went somewhere else will not be going back to this location.

I dont know why I came back here. This has got to be the worst carls Jr. In town. They get my order wrong, give me subpar food that looks as if it were sat on, cold fries ect. Now im stuck in the drive trough for the last 15 minutes, at the speaker. Apparently they only serve 1 person at a time, or take 1 order at a time
Im sure it’s a management problem with staffing properly but none the less it’s lame.

My food was cold, bacon barley looked cooked but the part that got me most was I said NO MAYO! Yet it was on both buns. And I tried to call and they won’t answer the phone! I will Never go back! Absolutely disappointed! Dont waste your time or money!

Came in to grab a bite. its been a good minute since coming here,any how I grabbed a chicken sandwich and burger. the chicken sandwich was really thin mostly breaded and the sauce was just so much it soaked the bread up .i think I took 2 bites the burger meat was still pink asked for it to be plain but of course they never listen this is the reason I try to avoid fast-food was a complete waste of money

advertised online as open 24hours. Ordered with Uber eats… Not open. Update your time. got my food almost 2 hours later, and they still messed up my order. called and the manager on shift “brandon” was obstinate and unhelpful, just passing the buck instead of fixing the issue. total fail on all fronts. close down and become a sonic or something.
